Perched on the heights of the charming village of Saint-Restitut, this contemporary villa offers you an exceptional setting in the heart of Drôme Provençale, with a breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding valley.
Spacious, bright and perfectly equipped, it promises a peaceful stay between nature, relaxation and elegance.
Two cats live on site, only outdoors: please give them their little meal!
The 230 m² villa, on one level, and fully air-conditioned:
-Entrance with wardrobe and guest toilet
-Living room/dining room and fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine - Nespresso) open to the outdoor terrace
-3 bedrooms with 160cm beds, 2 of which have a private shower room
-Additional independent shower room with WC
Outside:
- a landscaped and fenced plot of 7,000 m²
- a heated swimming pool (11x5m; depth from 1.20m to 1.60m), secured by a roller shutter with a panoramic view of the valley
- a pool house with shower + WC
- a fully equipped outdoor kitchen
- a petanque corner
