Magnificent independent house on the heights of the listed village of Sare, facing the Rhune. Contemporary decoration, superb view, great amenities, all comfort. Single storey gîte. Large living room including the well-equipped kitchen area, the dining room facing the two bay windows, the friendly lounge (wifi connection, DVD player). Cellar (tumble dryer). 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds). Shower room (Italian shower), toilet. Sheets are provided, beds are made. Possibility to rent toilet linen. Underfloor heating included. Unfenced land 1000m2, 2 terraces, one covered, garden furniture, barbecue. RENTAL FORWARDLY IN SUMMER.
