Ground-floor holiday cottage in a house containing another (unoccupied) apartment, near the owners' house, a 5-minute drive from the village of Sare. Living room with open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher), living area, and lounge area (TV). 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room, separate WC. Beds made upon arrival, towels and linens included. Wi-Fi internet access. Heating via pellet stove included. End-of-stay cleaning included. Baby equipment available on request. Electric vehicle charging point (extra charge based on meter reading). Covered terrace with garden furniture and summer kitchen (plancha grill, barbecue). Private, unheated above-ground swimming pool (open from mid-June to the end of September), secured by an alarm. Garden with sun loungers. Parking. Farm animals nearby (2 goats and 3 chickens). You'll enjoy a beautiful view of La Rhune mountain from the garden. The village of Sare is a 15-minute walk away via the old Roman road. Charming stay in a character gîte a stone's throw from the village of Sare!!!
