Inside this gated community includes 2 pools to kick back and relax, an exercise room, sauna, jacuzzi room, billiards room, and free gated parking.
3 fishing piers within the property - perfect for dropping a line in with a local bait store right around the corner!

You will not find a more convenient location that has everything you need within walking distance; most importantly less 10 minute walk/ 5 minute drive to the beach! Walk or drive to the grocery store across the street, liquor store, local shopping and live music at the famous Saltwater Hippie (a local favorite!) Across the street from ROC Park that offers 2 public tennis/pickleball courts and a basketball court. Activities are endless!

Overall stay was fine. Outside of concerns shared with owner upon arrival and during stay only other feedback is the noise from park and neighbors and lack of counter space in bathroom and guest room.
