You will not be disappointed by this family oriented property nestled in a small residential area of Sevierville. Just 5 short miles away from Dollywood and all the adventures and attractions offered by the City of Pigeon Forge and Historic Downtown Sevierville. Gatlinburg is just a 13 mile drive away along with the entrance to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. Recent renovations throughout include: stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite counters, ceiling fans, large flat screen TV's in living area and both bedrooms and leather couches. USB outlets throughout the home for those who need to recharge along with 400mps wireless internet access. Two car parking space right out front door, and only two steps up to enter property. A Ring camera has been placed beside the front door for safety. This home is not handicap accessible.

The rental house was located in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood., and was as advertised - super clean and fresh. Convenient location to Pigeon Forge, the Smokies, Dollywood and several golf courses. Highly recommend.

One word describes our experience at this place

"Exceptional". Everything...and I mean every thing...was truly exceptional about this place. The only 2 things (I believe) that anyone could even consider negatively would be no direct mountain view and no pool (if you have kids), but every other consideration in regard to this place and the accomodations are EXCEPTIONAL. Location is absolutely fantastic. This home has attained a place at the very top of our list to check for availability on all future planned trips. Thank you owners for sharing your home!
