This is a 2-bedroom 1 bathroom cottage
2 bedrooms include 1 full bed, twin bunk beds, and a pull-out futon in the living area
The bathroom has a standing shower.
Front patio has two zero gravity chairs.
Has picnic table for personal use.
Linens are included – bedding and towels. Must bring own beach towels.
Well-appointed kitchen with new refrigerator and stove. Microwave, coffee pot and toaster included. Dishes, pots and pans and utensils all included.

Perfect for 3

It was perfect for our family of three, but my husband and I couldn’t sleep in the same bed due to small beds. The beach was the highlight for us, which was why we went! There was a funky odor under the sink in the kitchen, but we weren’t spending much time inside other than to sleep. Overall, great affordable place for beachfront, but would not recommend more than four staying in the cottage, as it is quite quaint.

Perfect family vacation spot

We have a 4 & 6 yr old so they were excited for their 1st bunk bed experience (rotated turns on top bunk of course) Property was clean with beautiful sandy beachfront, great fire pit, and even an outdoor shower for rinsing. Each cottage had its own grill and outdoor dining table, which we took advantage of every night. Would love to stay again!

I always dreamed of owning a property on Lake Huron for family vacation purposes- but I happened upon this multi-cottage property and said YES. My daughter Jennie and I have long history in hospitality- working in private business clubs for more than a decade. We are committed to providing a welcoming environment to our guests and can’t wait for you to make joyful memories here.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

I bought this property because it was 3.5 hours from Detroit- which makes it accessible for frequent use. Even seeing the beach in the middle of January, I knew it was going to be the perfect slice of heaven, and it does not disappoint.

Having 4 cottages and the main house allows for different options for property use. Big family reunion? Weddings? Bachelor/Bachelorette parties? Retreats? The possibilities are endless. I want families to make memories here that will last a lifetime. This is the property for that purpose.

This property is located in the Huron National Forest and near the Au Sable River; close to hiking trails, scenic views, kayaking, tubing, and every other fun activity you can think of! Perfect for my family to keep us as busy as we want.

The unique benefits of this property include:

Our huge firepit with 12 Adirondack chairs for winding down each night. Roast some marshmallows, tell ghost stories, enjoy a cocktail, and make new friends.

Our section of the lake features a shallow entry point, which is perfect for kids. The adults will enjoy the sandbar about 50 yards out. Get your inner tube and go float!

Our property is kid friendly! We have a play scape with swings and a slide, plenty of sand toys, and cottages with bunk beds and a whimsical feel.
