Enjoy your vacation in our cozy 3 bedroom home centrally located, ideal for you and your family. Large covered lounge/dining area outside, firepit with wood provided. Gas grill with utensils on a covered porch with setting area and bar so you can enjoy being outside even if it rains.
The home is walking distance to downtown shops, ice cream stores, restaurants, theatre, and bars.
The public beach is 3 blocks away and is an easy walk. The public beach has a pier, splash pad, volleyball, basketball, and skateboard courts.
Weekend specials during the summer include live music and movies at the public beach.
If you want a more private beach there is a small entrance 1 block away from the house.
Beach toys and beach chairs are provided.

So much to do. You can hike, go to Eargo springs, rent kayaks, rent electric bikes, take a drive to Lumberman’s Monument, or just relax. Oscoda is the best place to vacation!

Summertime Oscoda is a hot spot for vacationers. In the winter months there is the Christmas Parade, horse carriage rides, and many trails to snowmobile, snowshoe, ice fishing, or cross country skiing.
