sehr sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,Check In ohne Probleme, einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die beiden Hocker im Küchenbereich sollten entfernt werden, sie stören bei Küchenarbeiten, vor allem da man sie nicht unter den Tisch schieben kann und auch sonst keine Möglichkeit besteht sie in einen anderen Raumteil abzustellen. Wir werden wiederkommen, da Regensburg ein sehr schöner Standort auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht.Im ersten Moment denkt man, es ist doch etwas klein, aber man hat sich sehr schnell daran gewöhnt und die Vorzüge genosssen, Aufzug, Tiefgarage für Fahrräder, direkt in der City, Infomaterial, Bäcker und Rewe direkt im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Regensburg Altstadt

Umgebung war toll. Das Zimmer lag im 4.Stock. Wegen des defekten Aufzug in der ganzen Woche musste auf Umwegen ein anderer benutzt werden. Die Fenster konnten nicht verdunkelt werden. Um 6.00 war man wach. Das Zimmer war sehr warm. Bei offenem Fenster war es sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht. Fernsehempfang war sehr schlecht und konnte die ganze Woche nicht repariert werden. Zimmer für 2Personen zu klein!

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Es waren die Sehenswürdigkeiten alle gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Das einzige, was fehlte, war eine Kaffemaschine für Filterkaffee fehlte.Wir würden diese FrWo wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, sauber und angenehm. Man ist schnell bei einer Bushaltestelle, in der Altstadt und am Bahnhof. Der Vermieter war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich bin zufrieden.

Nice apartment in a great location

This is a great little apartment in the middle of old town Regensburg. It’s located on the 4th floor but the building has a convenient lift. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station. The apartment is suitable for a single or couple. Very clean and up to date. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Tolle Lage

Sehr angenehme Vermieter, hervorragende Lage. Leider gibt es in der Wohnanlage leichte Legionellenmengen im Wasser. Wenn man aber das Wasser warmlaufen lässt, ist das kein Problem mehr. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in der kleinen, aber sehr praktischen Wohnung.
