Vacation apartment with balcony

A very quiet, cosy holiday apartment awaits you in Regensburg’s Old Town. The apartment, with more than 40 square metres of living space, is located on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated historic building and features a balcony with a view of Herzogspark. In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (180x200 cm), closets, and a chest of drawers. The living area and kitchen are fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, ceramic cooktop, and dishes. The living area also features a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a sleeper sofa that can easily be converted into an additional bed measuring 140 x 200 cm as needed. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The bathroom features a shower. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, and final cleaning are included in the price. Visit picturesque Regensburg. Regensburg’s Old Town (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), with all its central attractions, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The holiday apartments in the western part of the Old Town are located in the immediate vicinity of Herzogspark, right on Prebrunnallee. Enjoy the medieval atmosphere in modern, renovated buildings. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom (with shower), and bedroom. A deposit is due at any time after booking. Payment is due upon arrival. Payment can be made in cash or by debit/credit card (VISA, Mastercard). Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person or via a key box. A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). Included in the base price: towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, dishes, etc.
