Nestled in a small rural hamlet in the heart of rolling countryside, on the edge of a bocage landscape (with the peaceful and renowned Charolais cows as neighbors), at the border of the Clunisois and Charollais regions, in the verdant Guye Valley with its fish-filled river (a favorite among anglers), this pleasant, unspoiled environment of meadows and forests is just 2 km from the charming village of Saint-Martin-la-Patrouille (a town boasting two 19th-century tileworks listed as "Historic Monuments" and an 11th-century Romanesque chapel), and very close to a promontory offering exceptional panoramic views of the Clunisois region, the Beaujolais mountains, and even Mont Blanc on a clear day. This spacious and comfortable gîte features a contemporary style with a simple and zen-like atmosphere. It includes a sunny and shaded gravel terrace.
