We purchased this lovely condo in December of 2020. We married just minutes away at Wrightsville Beach 20 years ago and have always enjoyed the area. Our kids love the beach and we love downtown Wilmington, so this was a perfect fit for our family! We hope you will enjoy our cozy condo as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property to give us an escape during Covid and have future plans for our son to volunteer at the nearby aquarium and enjoy mini getaways.

What makes this property unique

The gorgeous sunsets from the balcony were one of the many standouts for this cute condo. Being in the heart of historic Wilmington and being able to step outside to the riverfront board walk are a dream come true for us.
