Excellent location, clean towels and linens, coffee pot had old coffee in it, outside patio comfortable but dirty, AC worked well in one of the bedrooms but the kitchen and living room areas didn't get very cool, kitchen cabinets were sticky, old and expired foodstuffs in the kitchen cabinet, thankful for covered off street parking, quiet neighborhood, seemed safe.

It's an OK place, the house is quite large. There is also a lot of space in the back, and a private parking for the car. We got in really late, and left very early, so we didnt get to use the house too much, but here are some minor issues- it was a little old. Both with the house and the furniture- things felt a little dirty/dusty- the one wall near the front was maybe 2 feet tall, so your dog can jump over and escape- the neighborhood is not bad, it felt like a super yuppie area with new parents and almost had a tech city feel to it, and there are many restaurants in walking distance, but there is a significant homelessness problem. When we pulled up, there was one right next to our gate. I sympathize with the plight of the homeless, however, as a parent, it might be concerning to have children so close to such things

Cute little house on a quiet road… clean… good amenities… kitchen chairs were a bit rickety (had to be careful sitting down)… shower was good but could use updating… close to the old town… we could walk to lots of places… we would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The house was comfortable and in a great location—walking distance to a park and downtown, and less than 10 minutes from the zoo. The kitchen had a decent amount of pans for cooking basic meals, which made it convenient. There were also some games available, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a cozy and enjoyable place to stay.

Fantastic location, both the neighborhood and the proximity to Old Town and the Sawmill District. The off street parking was a great bonus. The interior of the house was spacious and the AC worked very well. The kitchen has all the basics (good fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, oven/range), but if you plan to cook many of your meals, you'll want to see what utensils, etc. are available. No food was stocked except for coffee (and some leftovers from previous guests). House, linens, towels were all very clean. There's a clothes washer, but at the time we stayed the dryer did need repair. The host was responsive about it and the only other one or two questions we had for him. Overall, absolutely can't beat the price and location! Fast communication and easy in and out.

Location was great!. House is fine.Unfortunately the cleaning service was a big disappointment. Trash in the driveway, including several dirty diapers roasting in the Albuquerque heat, dead cockroaches on the kitchen floor, remnants from the messy guests who were there a week or so before. The bed comforter was gross. Plus, I had to buy additional toilet paper. Less than a roll and a half for three adults for three nights. No extras under the sink.While I hope this is just a one-time thing, I won't be returning.

Great location and stay! The owner was courteous and very helpful. The location is a very short walk to old town. The house was nice with great amenities. It is an awesome location to stay in Albuquerque.

Super close to old town and a great playground is right around the corner. Rooms are pretty barebones but has all the essentials.
