North-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the valley and the Alps. Parking reserved in the building, parking space according to availability.

The Quille du Diable residence is located 600 m from the center of Haute-Nendaz, 400 m from food stores, bakery, restaurants and the free shuttle bus stop to the ski lifts (winter season only); 800 m from the ski lifts. Heated swimming pool in the building (17x8m) open from 9:00 to 19:30. Elevator, ski storage room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer (against payment).

Roof work will be carried out from April 20 until October 2026, with a break from July 27 to August 17. These works are likely to cause nuisances such as noise, dust, and a possible obstruction of the view from the apartment (scaffolding).
