Beautiful bright south facing large open concept flat (100sq/m). New, renovated, sunny, quiet, top floor (no elevator) with big terrace open to the sunshine, as well as a balcony on the other side of the flat with a hammock. There are lots of trees and flowers on the balconies. Two bedrooms with two comfy beds. Spacious bathroom with a shower and large bathtub under skylights. Fully equipped kitchen with big fridge, dishwasher, bar and relaxing dining area. Perfect for a family, a couple, or several friends.

    Sprengelkiez

    We enjoyed our time in the Sprengelkiez. The flat is close to many restaurants/ bars and some shops. The balconies were really nice to sit on. Walking up the stairs kept us fit.

    Kleine Relax Oase

    Nach dem vielen "Rumgelaufe" sind die beiden Terassen eine kleine Relax Oase um Energie zu tanken für den nächsten Tag. Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig. Ich hätte mir noch einen Haartrockner und im zweiten Schlafzimmer nicht ganz so kratzende Sommerdecken gewünscht aber im Sommer ging es auch ohne. Würde ich jederzeit wieder nehmen aber vorher mal den Bettdeckenstatus abfragen 😉

    Remote work and touring Berlin

    This was a great property! My friend and I really enjoyed the double balcony and spacious flat. We were able to work remotely and we’re close enough to public transportation to get all of Berlin easily. Would stay here again!

    Appartement bien situé dans Wedding à proximité de plusieurs stations de U-Bahn/S-Bahn. Appartement lumineux, avec deux terrasses et un riche univers végétal. Equipement un peu juste pour 4 personnes (vaisselle, chaises) en particulier avec des enfants. Well-located flat in Wedding next to several U-Bahn/S-Bahn stations. Sunny flat with two terraces and a lot of plants. Equipment of flat a bit tight for 4 people (tableware, chairs) particularly a family with children.

    Alles toll!

    Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber und hatte alles Nötige. Die Hängematte war Highlight. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind nah, die Ubahn ist ein bisschen zu laufen, aber es geht. Die Vermieterin war hulfreich, freundlich und flexibel. Alles toll, jederzeit wieder!

    Sonniges "Gartenhaus" über den Dächern Berlins

    Genau wie auf den Bildern, viel Platz, freundlich, hell. Durch die vielen Pflanzen und die großen Fenster fühlten wir uns wie in einem Gartenhaus hoch oben, toll auch die 2 Balkone. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und an unserem Wohlergehen interessiert. Gute Verkehrsanbindung und Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckung der Stadt, quirliges Viertel. Sehr sehr gern jederzeit wieder....

    Eine wirklich schöne und saubere Unterkunft.

    Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert, zudem wurden meine Fragen innerhalb der kürzesten Zeit beantwortet. Einfach eine super Unterkunft.
