Lighthouse Pointe is located on a private drive with beautiful views of North Lake. We offer a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two full bathrooms and four cozy bedrooms. We also have a pack and play for the little ones and a white noise machine.

There’s no shortage of fun things to do at or nearby the lake house. Start your morning with sunrise views of the lake with your morning coffee on the patio, feeling the cool breeze from the lake.

Grab the stand-up paddle boards that are onsite to explore beautiful North Lake. Then, spend the day fishing for that big catch to have for dinner later. Have an afternoon around the fire pit while the kids take a dip near the shore, just steps away. Don’t forget the life jackets.

Looking to take your adventure offsite? Trailheads located just down the street are great for snowmobiling or using your ORV. Or you can grab your golf buddies and for few rounds at Eagle Ridge Golf Course, located just a mile away. It’s one of several golf courses in the vicinity.

Explore the trails of Iargo Springs with its breathtaking wildlife and panoramic views of the AuSable River, or book a canoe trip. History buffs can learn more about Northern Michigan’s rich history in the lumber industry at Lumberman’s Monument.

After an adventurous day out, sit around the fireplace while you catch up on your favorite show. There is a 55 inch Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney + access in the main area, so it’s easy to keep everyone entertained.

There’s also WiFi available in case you need to slip away for work.

Weekend fishing trip

We chose this cabin for our annual fishing trip and weren't disappointed. Comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms and plenty of living/dining space made this house a perfect fit for our group. We did some fishing on North and had some luck as well.

Nice relaxing Lake House

This cabin is a really comfortable place to stay. The lake is nice for swimming, the rooms are well equipped for a larger group with a good amount of privacy. Alyshia is really responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended place to stay!

My husband, Justin, and I began renting our first cottage on North Lake when we were too busy with our kids summer sports to enjoy it with our family. Glennie has become such a popular up north vacation destination, we now own three houses in Glennie! We get so much joy from sharing our homes with guests, and love hearing reviews of how they are making the same memories our family has been able to enjoy since coming to Glennie!

Why they chose this property

Smokin’ Bluegill is a cozy 2200sq ft 5BR, 2 bath home located on all sports North Lake in Glennie. Great for snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, swimming and cruising, trailhead to miles of trails down the street, Eagle Ridge golf course is a mile away with several in vicinity. The Ausable River canoe trips are 3 miles away & plenty of wildlife in the area. Lumbermans monument & largo springs attraction close by. Equip with WiFi and 2 smart TVs in the main area. Thoroughly cleaned & sanitized.
