FAMILY TIDES is a beautiful oceanfront 2nd floor, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom newly renovated condo at Inlet Point Villas in Cherry Grove, SC. It's the perfect spot for a family vacation or romantic getaway in a private, gated community. This condo is uniquely located on the Point, offering incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Hog Inlet, and uninhabited Waites Island, where you can swim, fish, or kayak for exploration. You are neatly tucked away from crowds.

Our unit features full appliances, a washer/dryer, three flat-screen TVs, free on-site parking in a gated community for two vehicles, a pool, tennis courts, a grilling area, and a private walkway to the beach. It is located near bars, restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment options for children. This condo is located in Building 3, Unit D, on the second floor. Motorcycles/golf carts are NOT permitted on the property. No Pets are allowed on the property.

We also have two other condos in the complex. One is a building directly next door, Building 4, Unit F, and the other is five buildings down, Building 13, Unit D. Here are the direct links to each:

Beautiful and peaceful

This was the perfect getaway with friends! Plenty of room, beautifully decorated. We spent lots of time relaxing and enjoying the view from the balcony!

Incredible view and great propety

The view from this unit is just incredible. We really enjoyed our time here and did a little bit of everything. It felt more like the Outer Banks than NMB. Host was helfpul and responsive. We had everything we needed!

Great getaway location

Even though we were stranded by hurricane Ian it didn’t stop us. The location was great. The unit was great. Felt a bit like home. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this unit.

Best location in North Myrtle

My sons and I stayed here for Christmas. The place is so easy to get to and overlooks the coolest part of the beach. We all had plenty of room and the fully stocked kitchen made it so easy to make meals. The pictures of the views of the beach don’t do it justice. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Such a special place!

We love Cherry Grove and have been coming to North Myrtle Beach for years, so we were really excited to find this place right at the tip of Cherry Grove! It was very comfortable, fabulous view and nicely appointed kitchen! My daughter commented that we've never before stayed anywhere that actually had good kitchen knives and cutting boards! Plus pie plates and a cupcake pan! Friendly neighbors too! Host replied promptly to all questions. We had a great time!

Peaceful Retreat with Amazing Views

Beautifully decorated and comfortable condo located at the quieter point end of Cherry Grove. The condo looks exactly as pictured, was clean, with TVs in each bedroom and the living room. Amazing views of both the inlet and the ocean. There was a small issue with the air conditioner in the main living space but the owner had someone out to replace it as soon as possible. The kitchen had all of the basic tools for cooking and the neighbors were friendly. Would stay again.

Paradise at The Point in Cherry Grove

The property was very clean and well maintained. It has a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable beds. The view from the balcony is beautiful, especially at sunrise. We had the misconception that the kayaks were available to renters, but they were not. However we were told that you could rent some at a different location. Everyone we met on the property was friendly and was overall a great experience. The communication with Patrick (and sometimes his brother (I think) Josh was beyond helpful, very quick and friendly. Would definitely rent again and would highly recommend. Probably one of the best place to be in NMB and Cherry Grove. Huge thanks!

A pure slice of paradise

This unit was exactly what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. The views were phenomenal and the communication with Patrick was second to none. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for him to respond. The unit was impeccably clean and had a very well stock kitchen from silverware, glasses, plates and on. Not only will we be back, but I am already looking at dates. If you get a chance when the tide is low walk over to bird island. Just make sure you get back before the tide comes back in. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Couldn’t be more happier.

AMAZING LOCATION-BEAUTIFUL CONDO

Most amazing views of the Inlet and the Ocean. Literally the best of both worlds. Great for fishing and NO crowds with pleanty of room to spread out on the beach! Yet only about 10 minuets of anything you could need or want. Gated community w/Private Parking. AND then the condo itself that has been beautifully updated. The colors and decor all blend marveously. Patrick & his team are fantastic to work with and have done an oustanding job. Also quick to answer any questions. I travel up and down the coast several times a year and this condo WILL be my repeat place to stay for the Cherry Grove area. This 2 bedroom/2bath gives plenty of room to spread out and all the comforts of home. Already reviewing my schedule to book next month. Thank you Patrick.

Unlike any Oceanfront we've stayed in!

Somehow as native South Carolinians, we'd never heard of Cherry Grove. When the post-Christmas temps hit the 70s we decided to look for a place at the beach to spend a couple days for a last minute trip. We came across this condo and were intrigued by its location: on a point at the very end of N Ocean Blvd! When we arrived, we were immediately impressed with the unit itself but also the sandy dunes, peaceful inlet on one side, and the ocean waves on the other. Perfect! It was neat to walk across the channel at low tide and see the wavy patterns in the sand that are usually covered by the ocean. It feels like your words away in a quiet paradise yet all the conveniences of restaurants and stores are nearby. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony at all hours. It's just a wonderful spot! Patrick was great and very responsive to questions. You can tell he cares about his property by its cozy furnishings and thoughtful amenities. We felt at home as soon as we stepped in the door. We couldn't have had a better experience and can't wait to come back!

Best Place We’ve Stayed!

This place is AMAZING! But let me start at the beginning. Booking was so easy! Patrick was easy to communicate with and made sure I had all the details and our gate card in advance! About an hour out from our arrival I realized I forgot our gate key!(not my proudest moment, but too late to turn back) I sent Patrick a message relaying my oversight and he was able to quickly provide me with a solution! Upon Arrival…just wow! The view is truly unbeatable. The furniture is comfy(bring your own sheets/towels!), the decor is amazing(I’m in love with the oyster painting personally!) Our end of the beach was beautiful, uncrowded and serene! The sunrise Saturday morning was nothing like I’d ever seen. We were far from the hustle and bustle but close enough that we could drive just a few minutes down the road for everything dining/entertainment related that north myrtle beach has to offer. I have been coming to Cherry Grove/North Myrtle for 30 years and I can say this has been the all around best condo I have stayed in so far! We were sad to leave, but will definitely be back!

INCREDIBLE VIEW

We've been to countless beaches across the Carolinas for many years and have yet to stay at the point at Cherry Grove. What a spectacular place! The location was perfect for much needed R&R without the hype of myrtle beach. Quiet. You could enjoy either sitting on the beach side, or the sound side. There were multiple kayaks, but no life jackets, so we opted not to do that. The pool was great as it was right out our front door so you could sit on the front chairs and watch from the 2nd floor balcony if you wanted. The 2 BR unit was nice w/2 full baths and separate A/C units in each bedroom and great room. Lots of windows a plus. Den couch was comfy, chairs were a little small and mix-matched and not as comfortable for sitting and watching an evening movie w/the family. Full-time neighbors were very nice. Keypad lock on front door was perfect for use with family coming and going to the beach throughout the day. Gated community was also great not to worry about people passing through. A little uncomfortable having to give personal home address online to have gate key mailed to us, haven't had to do that before. Would have preferred keypad code for gate entrance but not a deal breaker. Remotes needed AA batteries, fridge door sticks. You'll need to buy trash bags, dishwasher pods, hand soap, paper products, etc. Also, bring your own linens. Close to grocery store, and pier, and shops if you want to get out. Overall a gorgeous place. Would love to come back again soon.

Location!

My family and I stayed at Family Tides and loved the location. Its away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach and just a short drive away to get to everything. Communication with Patrick was direct and he got back to me in a matter of minutes. The walk to the beach is a little further due to the dunes, but we didnt mind it. Its also nice for small children as the water isnt deep at all. You also have access to House Creek and I was able to do some fishing where I caught some pinfish, flounder, and croaker! The property was nice and well maintained. Hopefully we can come back again!

Beautiful view of inlet and ocean. Clean with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy access to a very nice pool. Short walk to inlet and fishing. Walk to ocean side is a bit longer, over a paved walkway, down some stairs and through a sand path. It is well worth the walk. Very enjoyable. Host was easy to contact, kind and responsive to questions.

It was a great stay, was a little disappointed that i wanted a hot tub that was listed but there was none. Pool very clean bring you own lawn chairs for that. For the most part kids were happy they could just walk out to beach. Would recomend for sure this area, and condo
