About this property
COZY home just across the street from the Columbia River and boat launch.
This is our favorite place to be. It is such a perfect spot. Walk to the little grocery store just a couple blocks away. There is also a food truck made into a dessert truck, serving desserts with seating next to the grocery store. We love this!
Walk across the street to the park with the kids.
It takes us 10 minutes to be pulling away from the dock behind the Dam. (if we gas up the boat the night before.)
Salmon fish downstream and launch your boat right across the street!
Bring your snowmobile and explore all the snow park trails just outside of Pateros. We have done this and its perfect! Warm up in the snow hut and eat your lunch!
