Newly renovated Hither Hills, Old Montauk Highway four bedroom home across the street from the beach, boasting a spacious vaulted wooden beamed living room with one 180 degree unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. A handmade stone fireplace, wrap-around extra wide deck on three side of the house sporting ocean views, lower deck with views of the ocean, large teak picnic table, barbecue and teak deck furnishings.

The living room and family rooms flow into a dining room area and kitchen (newly renovated in 2019). Three full baths and an outdoor enclosed shower. Three of four bedrooms have sliders onto deck.

Great home!

Great location directly across from quiet beach. Amazing ocean views, very well kept and spotless home. The owner was very responsive and seems to have thought of everything! Great for a family get away.

Great Rental!

For the 2nd year in a row I stayed at this house and barely left it for the entire week!. You have everything you could need. Nice lawn & the beach right across the street. If you don't feel like walking to the beach, then you can relax on the wraparound terrace and take in the view of the ocean from the house. The tenant here is very accommodating and reliable. Everything that was promised was there. The house is clean, cozy and just what my group was looking for. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
