Studio condo with queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa. Minutes away from Downtown Park City as well as Park City and Deer Valley ski areas. This unit features a full size fridge with a freezer, boiler top, toaster, coffee maker, and a griddle as well as basic silverware. There is a patio to enjoy the beautiful Utah weather and see the surrounding mountains. This is a bottom corner unit with quiet neighbors and quick access to the free parking lot as well as Park City’s rail trail that with only a 1.5 mile walk to historic Main Street. The unit is also less than a minute's walk to Park Cities' comprehensive public transport system that can get you anywhere in Park City including the Park City ski area which allows you to avoid the new pay-to-park program. Come watch the leaves change colors or ski Utah's legendary snow.

Great for a long weekend ski trip

The property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our long weekend ski getaway. Close to Park City which made it even better. Lots of good restaurants in the area as well.

We loved staying at this property. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed a whole afternoon lounging in the sun. The room was also clean and comfy. Just what we needed for a one-night staycation.

Overnigyt trip.

Interior of unit was dirty. Cabinets, floors, backsplash, sink were not cleaned. They had food spills, hand smudges, dirt & dust that could have been wiped down. Overall unit was accommodating but not as clean as others in the complex.

No stove stay

I was disappointed that there was no stove. Apparently I missed that in the description. We did work around it. Could really have used one more glass bowl that would be able to use in microwave. Biggest problem was no broom or dustpan. Using a paper towel to "sweep" the floor was daunting.

Fell short of expectations

The condo was clean but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, which I think is the most important part of the stay. The comforter was also definitely not suited for two people. There was also no hand soap which seems like a normal thing.

I am sorry you found the bed uncomfortable it is a eco friendly Leesa memory foam mattress that widely receives good reviews and the pillows were all purchased in the last year and are different styles to fit different renters pillow needs.

Park city

Place was quiet and owner did communicate. We could not get hot water shower or sinks. We let it run along time and tub didn’t drain well. We survived . Other concern it was a first floor unit and slider and window were unlock. We did notice after using the pool. So our stuff was only sitting there unsecured an hour. We did like walking around the area in yhe evening and was quiet.

Room was perfect for a quick stay, but it would also be a great place for a longer stay. The full bathroom and mini kitchen made our stay more comfortable! They also had multiple streaming services and even gaming consoles! Located fairly close to the shops and restaurants, making it a quick drive for us to our concert at the Marquis. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit!
