Beautiful, very comfortable chalet "Le Clos Alpin". Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre, 6.2 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property 1'600 m2. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "La piste rouge" 200 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 7.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 3 km, minigolf 3 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ice rink 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
"Le clos Alpin", 3-room maisonette 50 m2, on the ground floor, south facing position. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Gorgeous view. House is just good enough for a simple living, not a place if you are looking for luxury. Lacks ventilation in Summer. Overall, it was just enough.

Gorgeous view, good for the price we paid. Not for a luxury stay. Most things are just enough or not really? Not much ventilation in Summer. Overall it worked out OK.

Superbe lieu de vacances avec une grande terrasse et une belle vue. Très propre agréable et calme.Lits confortables. Téléviseur trop petit. Accès en voiture un peu délicat car belle pente de 40metres environ.

Joli chalet avec vue

Le clos Alpin est une jolie résidence de type chalet avec une très belle vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. Destiné à la location ,il souffre d'un manque d'entretien, certains éléments seraient à renouveler. Il manque un placard pour ranger les courses Celui de l'entrée est inutilisable car il est destiné à l'équipe d'entretien. Nous avons dû empiler nos produits alimentaires sur la table du salon. Enfin en ces temps de covid l'hygiène laissait à désirer.
