Step inside to discover a spacious, open-concept layout with four beautifully appointed bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Each bedroom features plush bedding and a private bathroom, ensuring a serene and private stay. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, while the other three bedrooms offer a mix of queen and king beds, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably.

The living room is the heart of the home, featuring a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area that seats everyone. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the deck, complete with a private fire pit and BBQ grill, perfect for evening gatherings.

Beautiful home with more than enough room for our families.

Great property. Some plugs were not working and we never got a response on how to fix them or why they were not working also the cell service was non existent in the house. Other then those few things everything else was great. Beds were comfy we had 4 separate families with us and had plenty of room and the beach being steps away was amazing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This group of properties is in a great location, walking distance to the oceanside pier, but far enough south that the "south strand" of road doesnt pass in front. The quality and appearance of the property is good, and it has everything you could need. It is very expensive, but in my opinoin a decent price for the location and size. If you are a first time renter there are a few things you should know (if you read the fine print all of this is on the website, but it can be ambiguous): Most of the time there is no beach at the oceanside locations. When the tide is at its lowest, in this unit, you can climb down the rocks in front and have a small strip of sand for kids to play on (no access for those unable to climb large rocks). If you are planning for small kids to run out onto the sand from this unit, this isnt a good fit. It is a 15 minute walk north to the beach at oceanside pier. Unless you are renting the entire building (4 floors I think), this unit is like a condo with individual renters on each floor, and privacy if desired will be an issue. As a non smoker surrounded by smokers above and to the side we were unwilling to sit on the porch in the constant smoke. Our preference, but must be considered if you dont like smoke. On a busy weekend there were few times where nobody was smoking outside. Booking is easy and management was very attentive to some maintenance needs we had and resolved them quickly. Know the booking cancellation policy, I booked inside the cancellation period and made a simple mistake (I knew the policy, just made a keystroke mistake a few weeks before our intended stay), I called right away to correct and was denied a full refund of the single night change. As a return renter I found this rather unappealing and is the main reason for the 3 star rating. Management offered different less ideal remedies. We enjoyed the week, and it is nice that each room has its own bathroom, and the kids loved the hot tub (not smoke averse)

Magnificent Thanksgiving Trip

My family and I rented this unit for our Thanksgiving celebration. The unit was perfect for our entire family as far as sleeping arrangements and location. The teens were able to walk to the pier, get snacks and drinks from the local market on Wisconsin, sit in the hot tub, and play in the water, down on the beach. It was perfect for us adults as well. The kitchen had darn near everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner, and the sunsets can’t be beat! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back!!

October 2021 Stay

Location was amazing! The condo furnishings and bedrooms/bedding were very nice. Nice linens and towels. Condo was extremely clean ! Each room had its own A/C which was super cold. Would definitely stay again! No access directly to the water but we were able to walk a few blocks to get on the beach. Hot tub did not work but management was great about accommodating us.

A relaxing family gettaway

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house didn't have a bunch clutter which made it very kid friendly and I appreciated the new-er throw pillows on the couches. The view out the back was amazing and Beachfront Rentals made the process super easy for check-in/out and responding to our needs. The home however is tired and in need of a refresh. The walls needed to be wipe down and fresh paint would do wonders. Half of the mattresses were great, the other half desperately need to be replaced. The home was pretty clean but for the amount of money this unit charges per night, I expected more- a deep clean is needed. Dirty walls, stained bedside tables, floors that leave the bottom of your feet dirty just don't live up to the price/my expectations. My last comment is around the trash cans on the south side of the house. They stunk and mice were all over them at night. It made it such that we weren't comfortbale leaving the accordion doors open at night for fear one of those thing would get into the house. This unit has some real pros like location, views, and lots of space but it's in need of a detailed clean, moderate updates, and a better solution for the trash bins.

There is plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well equipped. Not having any vehicle traffic in front of the unit and direct access to the walkway outside was wonderful, not to mention the spa which our grandson loved using. Our only issue was the main air conditioning unit unit would only work if all the doors and windows were closed. One day it was 95° and even with all of that done the unit would not turn on so it was a little uncomfortable for everyone. We would stay we would stay here again.

Over all so so , bad experience with bathrooms sink, not in good condition and water flow in the sink ( terrible). The past 2 years was better ; we spend to much money for the weekend and it wasn’t worth it and besides that check in at 4:00pm and check out 10:00 am is ridiculous.

Although there were a few issues...the window air conditioners in the bedrooms are VERY noisy and prevent sleep. The rear bathroom did not function correctly. The parking garage can be an issue if you have 2 full sized vehicles. But street parking is available within a few blocks. The patio could have been cleaner/swept. It would be nice to have a little more seperation between the neighboring unit (maybe a higher privacy wall) and also along the stairway to the beach. When renters from other units walk down the stairway, it feels as if they are right on our patio. All of that said-we had a great time and the location and size of the unit cannot be beat!

A Much Needed Escape

The property we rented fit all of our needs- a fully equipped kitchen, beds for all five of us, a spa, a BBQ grill, a TV with all the apps (Netflix, Disney +, etc.) and a view to die for. It was in an ideal location- the beach was not too far away. The only issues we experienced were a couple of kitchen utensils not being clean and being unable to find a way to turn on the hose to refill the spa with water. Otherwise, the entire stay was very pleasant and just what we needed to escape and relax. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for the second year in a row. Place is great, my only suggestion would be to get stronger internet. With the internet tv it’s frustrating trying to watch anything when it’s constantly buffering. Especially during football season.
