12212 well laid out 3/3 unit ocean view. On resorts world Bimini. Next to Infinity pool. Paradise awaits. living area downstairs. bedrooms upstairs. don't pass up this unit. All resort amenities are at your disposal. major upgrade January 2024. New caretaker and cleaning service as well. Great unit close to all amenities and Hilton hotel and casino.

Everything you need

The property needs work however it’s the Bahamas and it’s hard to do construction understandably. Place was equipped as you would want it to be for boats days and family quality time. Marlon was great property manager.

Nothing works

The property does exist but is not good shape. The dishwasher was not anchored in the counter and was hooked up to the plumbing. The fan, closet, and microwave were broken by the previous guest... maybe. Wifi was mostly out. We were not able to access the property because they didn't know it was rented. Came with a large group that rented several nearby units, this was by far the lowest quality, and more expensive. Communication had to go through a caretaker who wasnt listed on vrbo and did not have access to app.

Poorly maintained, incredibly dirty

The property was not cleaned before we arrived. There was still cologne smell in the beds from the previous guests. Closet doors were broken. A newer microwave was sitting in the middle of the living room. Fan ceiling was broken in the living room with a broken wing on the floor. No amenities in the property, not even garbage cans in any of the bathrooms. Extremely poor condition. When i reached out to the property manager he just said sorry, I'm in Orlando please call my onsite property manager. The property manager onsite did everything he could and sent in a new cleaning crew. My mom and I had to clean and disinfect the entire kitchen. The plates, utensils, and all cookware was full of food. The towels and bed sheets had bleach stains on them. It was such a disappointment. I don't recommend staying here at all. This property needs a full remodel/rehab.
