Water front 3/2 home in South Bimini with a private 40 ft dock. Shore power is not provided but some guests run an extension cord to an outlet.
Sleeps 10 on 2 full futon, 2 full beds 1 queen bed 1additional sofa in the living room.

- For security exterior surveillance cameras installed covering marina and deck. There are no cameras inside.

- Go with locals to swim with the dolphins
- Bimini Shark lab interact with the sharks only 200 Ft away




Islands

South Bimini
We are located in South Bimini in an exclusive neighborhood called Port Royal. South Bimini is very laid back and peaceful here you will experience true island life interact with the locals and private home owners. Hang out at one of our local bar and restaurants.

North Bimini
Is a 5 min ferry ride away here you will find a casino multiple clubs ,bars, restaurants.

- Be respectful to neighbors keep the noise down after hours.
- Protect the environment cleanup after yourself.
- Close propane tank when not in use
- Conserve water and electricity Remember this is an island.

Things to know about living on an island.

* Supplies are limited. Bring what you need. There is a small grocery story on the island for essentials.

* The local grocery store also provides golf cart rentals.

* Don't forget mosquito repellant and sun block.

* Taxi service is available by contacting them on vhf 68.

* The entire Island experiences frequent power outages. This is out of our control.

* Internet is sometime spotty.

* Well water with filtration system.

* Sometimes the power surges cause damage to equipment. We do have people on the island to repair but it is not a quickly as it would be in the states.
