The open kitchen, living room, and dining area look to walls of windows and doors, reminding you that the beachside is just a few sandy steps away. Each bedroom and bathroom have a coastal, comfortable style. Enjoy the saltwater breezes from the southern-style verandas, balconies, and huge back deck with spa, pool, and outdoor dining. This house is conveniently located near Coligny Plaza and is perfect for a bike ride or a stroll. This incredible beachside cottage is the ideal vacation oasis.

Beautiful!

The house and property are lovely. All the necessary amenities were there to make the stay comfortable and easy. The proximity to the beach and Coligny Plaza allowed us to walk everywhere for exercise, food, and drinks. The pool and hot tub were perfect, too. I would definitely stay there again.

Great house and location.

House was right on the beach and perfect for our family. Kids loved the pool and hot tub just as much as the beach. Perfect size house. Would def stay here again

Great House Great Location

As the title indicates, great house and location. Everyone had room to have time away as well as large enough for the family meals etc. Only downside was for some reason the hot tub can't be heated unless it is 55 F outside. This dampened that aspect as everyone one was looking forward to it on the cold evenings around Christmas.

Great home on the beach

Communication and check-in was a breeze, though we were not there until the late afternoon the property was available earlier. It was in a great location and shopping a restaurants within walking distance. We had an amazing time, the home had plenty of bedrooms, the kitchen was well stocked and the 4 bikes were great for riding on the beach. We walked on the beach every day and rode bikes. There were a lot more people on the beach than I expected for November. Information was sent outlining everything we needed to know and number to contact if we had an issue. They were super responsive when we called. If I had to provide 1 suggestion is there are only 7 seats available for the communal space. I would suggest adding another couple of comfortable chairs on the far wall or think about a way to increase the seating to a minimum of 10. Would recommend this home, however definitely pricey during the Thanksgiving week.
