Super Location/Friendly Host

Enjoyed location close to beaches and marina. Todd was a friendly and very communicative host. Enjoyed the snacks, coffee and little touches.

We enjoyed our entire stay in Quincy. Walkable to the beach area and the T, quiet neighborhood and Todd, our host, was helpful and responsive. We had up to 6 people staying in the house and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed grilling burgers on the patio and spending quality time with family for the week.

Great stay

Lovely property. Clean and really well stocked. Lots of space for the whole family. Close to a great seaside walk and close enough to the city. Todd was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Great Place to Stay

Loved staying here! It was conveniently located near the subway (1/2 hour train ride to the city) and had quick access to the beach! Everything was within walking distance! The house was very clean and the hosts were amazing! I would definitely stay here again should I ever make my way back to the Boston area! This place really did offer all of the comforts of home!

Nice, quiet, and convenient place to stay close to Boston

The property was well maintained and very clean. It was what we were looking for because it was close to Boston with available free parking for the rental car. The neighborhood was a very safe and peaceful. The property was within walking distance to several restaurants and local stores. The appliances were in excellent condition. We were able to make our family meals when didn’t feel like ordering take out. My wife was able to workout with her normal YouTube workouts on the smart Tv. Our kids loved the downstairs basement which they used as their play area. The wifi was very good we were able to do some of our online work while we stayed at the property. The backyard was very serene and comfortable and had a gas grill which we did not use but if we we return we would want to use. We would return to this property if it were available for our next family visit to the Boston area.
