Il pourrait être signalé que la chambre grenier est fort basse de plafond, 1,80M sous la poutre fait

Le calme de l'endroit Rehausser le toit de 25 à 30 cm quand il devra être refait

Bonjour, Les photos laissent bien voir cette hauteur de plafond mais nous venons également de le mentionner dans l'annonce, merci pour votre précision ! Par contre un toit est rarement totalement refait lors de la durée de vie d'une maison, et il est d'autant plus difficile dans cette rue classée et situé à 2 pas d'un monument classé (église)
