About this property

This is the best location in Angel fire! Ski run is the only true ski in ski out condo. Two balconies-each facing different mountain views. This is a split level, one bedroom, one and a half bath with a pull out couch that can easily accommodate 4 people. The unit has a Gas fireplace large kitchen and loft bedroom away from kids pull out couch make this a great spot for a family vacay! Separate outdoor locking ski closet gives space for your equipment. Private marked parking space an additional bonus.

Spring break with the kids

Ski Run condos are great. We love the ski in/ski out. Dr. Lisa’s condos are always clean, quiet, and well stocked.

I am a college professor (Nietzsche) that has been coming to Angel Fire for over 30 years. My daughter grew up on this mountain and my brother (real estate lawyer) and I want to share our love of this village with others. This is a truly great place for families and kids to grow and have fun in a special place.

Why they chose this property

Angel fire is one of the last places we know that is an affordable family vacation with all the great outdoor wonder of our childhood. Ski run condos are especially great for families because of the quick access to the mountain.....less time hauling kids back and forth makes more time for parents' vacation too!
