Very good

It was good experience. The dryer was missing at the time we were staying, but other than that was convenient and close to lifts and ski rentals. Maybe this place needs some TLC
Great location, host very good in communication. Place could use a little TLC. This is the lower level condo so didn’t get much sleep because you could hear every foot step of the people in the upstairs unit. Sounded like they were coming through the ceiling at times.
My son played in a softball tournament in Angel Fire, so the location was close to Allen Field. Loved sitting on the deck. My grandson really enjoyed the deck.
Great location, perfect for a couple and a small dog
This property was a short walk to the ski resort. It had everything we needed. The condo was clean, easy to access and the owner was very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend for a couple looking to ski
The condo is rarely used. I took a shower and the odor from the hot water was awful. I guess that coffee isn't offered as an amenity, but it sure would have been nice. Bed was comfortable and that is what matters most.
Property manager is Johnny-on-the-spot and easy to get ahold of. Accomodating if you need anything. This is a big plus. Great deck with Mtn views. In walking distance to slopes and a couple restaurants. We will be back!
I never stayed. the property was not accessible. there had been something put on the parking lot and access to the property was blocked and the parking lot pavement was wet with the stuff. It got on shoes and I refused to ruin my belongings and the inside of the unit. I am expecting a full refund as I never was able to enter the unit.
The property manager was there in town, a phone call away. He brought us more towels and fixed the stove (within 1 hr). Very pleased with this unit. Perfect for 2 people! Neighbors above us, we could hear every step (thin walls).

Hope you like rotten egg smell
the water in the unit smelled like rotten eggs and the smell was over powering. The washer leaked all over the floor when we did a load of laundry. There was nothing to use to clean up the floor so we had to put down one of the towels. Between the smell of the rotten eggs and the water from the washing machine, our stay was less than desirable.

Back to the 80's
Great location, tired, worn property. Lacking sound insulation both walls and ceiling (this is a bottom floor condo). Furnishings were old and dingy. Kitchen cabinet would not stay closed. Missing doorknob on laundry closet; laundry closet door would not open sufficiently to allow use of the washer/dryer. Lacking dishwasher detergent, wash cloths, doormat for entrance. Parking was difficult with parking spaces unmarked.

Close to ski lift
While I understand that “pet friendly” means that pets are allowed, I did have the expectation that there would be cleaning between guests. We arrived to find so much hair on everything from countertops, stovetop, pillowcases, bedsheets, comforters, floor, everything. Owners were helpful in booking prior to arrival, but not available for questions or comments during our stay as they did not respond to any messages. The location itself is very close and walking distance to the ski lifts. However, the unit really needs some updating. No floor mat when going in makes for a very messy floor during snow months. Features were outdated with obvious repairs needed (kitchen cabinet would not stay closed to name one thing). Being the ground floor unit, you were subject to the upstairs neighbors noise, from walking to talking, could hear a lot.

Grill was dirty - we bought a mop, bucket and cleaner to clean before leaving. Water has a horrific smell. Otherwise it was fine
Place was great for us. I can see how the upstairs neighbors could be a little loud because the last night we were there someone rented the top unit, but it didn’t really bother us. If you’re a light sleeper, it may be worth bringing some ear plugs. Other than that, it’s great and super close to the lifts.
This condo is clean and comfortable, has a well-equipped kitchen and updated flooring, and is a great location for skiing or biking on the mountain. In addition, the owners were very responsive to any questions I had.

Convenient
Nice place, close to slopes. Only problem was we never got any response from the owner. Never got information about checking in.
