We had to extend our stay- needed to come in early for a funeral. Our host was VERY accommodating. We had a bit of a problem with the heat and a quick cold spell and again, our host was very responsive. It was a good location in NW Ark to get to the airport, Rogers, Siloam Springs and Razorback stadium. We enjoyed our stay. And nice to have a garage.
This 3 bedroom was in the perfect place for us. Less than 2 miles from the Crystal Bridges Museum and the Square. We easily found our way around town.
The only thing is...the venting for the upstairs--furnace is in the hallway. So to get any heat the door must be left open. Worked fine for us.--But you should know before you go.
For the price isn't bad. Was disappointed the King bed wasn't in the bedroom with the attached bathroom. Queen bed is which wasn't what we wanted.
Parking also is very limited. At the end of a cul-de-sac and another old vehicle was parked in front of townhouse our entire stay which left no extra parking for us.

Biking in Bentonville
The house was fine and met all our needs. It was nice to have access to a garage for our bikes and laundry for our muddy clothes. However, it was not a good location for biking. The bike lane nearby was under construction (fenced in) but it would have been difficult to get across the very busy 4 lane street anyway. We were hoping to bike places but we had to transport them everywhere with our car. If we go again, we would book somewhere closer to the bike trails or a location that was more scenic for walking and running.

Lots of room, everything worked, great location -few concerns
Located in a nice cul decsac, trail accress right across the street. short bike ride to Crystal Bridges! . Lots of room. Lots of little extras. One concern - it is not handicap accessible upstairs. The stairway had not handroal andmy husband really struggled with it. Also the owner did not reply to messages sent after the stay about a missing throw blanket that my kids took by mstake (samecolor as extra blanket we bought them) that we arragned to mail back. We would stay again if he's put in a sturdy handrail!
This place is very close to the downtown museums, restaurants and coffee shops. It has comfortable beds and lots of space. The kitchen could use a bigger frying pan and new sponge or dish cloth. Generous with other supplies.
The property was in a great location...Close to downtown Bentonville and close to so many fabulous mountain biking trails. Exactly what our family was looking for. Having a garage for the car and our bikes was an added perk!
We had a great visit to Bentonville! House worked out really well for us. Location was easy to find with easy access to the interstate for getting to Fayetteville!
Three (all upstairs) bedroom condo is on a quiet street. Clean. Close to downtown. Comes with 2 bikes (we did not use). We did not prepare meals so can't rate how the kitchen was stocked, but enjoyed the bottle of wine and snacks which welcomed us.
This was a great rental property. Very clean and centrally located close to town and the mountain bike trails. I would stay here again next time the mountain bike capitol of the world calls me.
Met up with some friends for a mountain biking weekend. The property was exactly as advertised and made for a great spot with easy access to the trails, restaurants and night life. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer came in very handy. We would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I wanted to check out the trails in Bentonville. The property was clean and quiet and conveniently located to the middle of downtown and included appreciated personal touches including a secure garage for our bikes. We did wind up driving to the trailhead, though, because the greenway across the street was closed due to construction.
Excellent stay close to bike trails, Crystal Bridges, and downtown.
This was a girlfriend weekend and we had a great time. Rooms were as shown, very comfortable bed, towels in bathroom are very nice, travel size toiletries are offered. We had very pleasant weather, it was nice weather to sit on patio and have drinks and appetizers. Coffee pot and single serve cups are provided. Location is close to nice bike paths, and we used the bikes provided. The only suggestions would be to have additional kitchen towels and Allen wrenches to adjust the bike seats.
We needed a convenient location in the Bentonville/Rogers to meet with family for birthday celebration. We found it easily and we’ll maintained.

Hello! My is Traftin and I'm a proud Arkansas native who grew up in Fort Smith, left to Atlanta for college and have lived in Arkansas, Georgia, Alaska, Georgia, Arizona, Arkansas and now Mississippi, in that order!
I worked in real estate for Walmart which brought me back to Arkansas in 2014 and loved being home.
I recently got married and my wife and I moved to her home in MS, so I decided to list my place on Airbnb as we frequently come back to Bentonville.
I'm a huge Razorback fan as well as a fan of Atlanta area sports teams, so in a way, I've been a glutton for punishment for years now, but I'm confident brighter days are ahead!
I love hearing about my guests' experiences and travels and truly hope you enjoy my place!
