Awesome townhome, fantastic location

Stayed here with my family for a few days of trail riding. Just a short ride to downtown and Coler Preserve. The townhome was much larger than expected and had everything you need! Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the host when questions came up.

Thanksgiving gathering

We had a wonderful time for 6 adults next to the city center. We prepared a full feast, walked to Crystal Bridges and everywhere in between. Had a wonderful time. Would not hesitate to visit this property again.

Great house, great location!

This house was perfect for us! We have two small kids, so the floor plan (bedrooms upstairs, living space on the first floor) was great for hanging out after they went to bed. Also, having laundry and garage access was fantastic for our biking vacation. Lindsey and Joel were super responsive and great communicators. Can’t wait to return!

Awesome property in downtown Bentonville!

Our group of 3 adults met in Bentonville for a reunion and this property was perfect for our get away! It was clean, comfortable and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. They provided information on local restaurants that we used and enjoyed our dining experiences (tip: make reservations at the Preacher's Son!).

Perfect spot to walk anywhere

This end-unit was better than the pictures! We stayed with another couple to attend a concert in town and were super happy with our stay. Location can't be beat... it's on a quiet part of the street, but just a 15-20 minute walk to the square and, in a different direction, the same walking distance to the Momentary. The rooms were perfectly clean and the beds were super comfortable. Great value, would stay again.

Extremely pleasant stay

This house was an incredible stay. More than enough room for 2 people to stretch out and enjoy peace and quiet. I was a little worried with it being a town home, but heard 0 noise from any neighbors. The location was amazing. We live in this town, but were enjoying time away from the kids. We couldn't have asked for a better location to explore our own town from. After check out I had realized I had left a personal item behind and the host was extremely helpful on getting it back. Would stay here again for sure.

This is the second time my ladies party of 4 have stayed here. We love this place for so many reasons. First of all, there is a bedroom for everyone (shared with my sister for master). Kitchen and dinning area is so nice and convenient. The cozy living area is perfect for visiting. Wish the fireplace worked but I understand the liability. We will use the nice patio area if we come in warmer weather. The finishes and decor are lovely. The beds and bedding are so comfy. The location is perfect for downtown and Crystal Bridges. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bentonville.

Hopefully my forever vacation place!

This place was above and beyond my expectations. This is the only place I would love to stay at when I am visiting Bentonville. We have stayed at many places here, hotels and vrbo’s yet this place exceeds them all. The cleanliness in itself was excellent. The house is very beautiful and in a great location. We were able to walk to the city square and then go hiking on the trails from there. All I can say is, try it for yourselves and you will love it. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Unfortunate experience

We were really looking forward to our stay, and while the property itself was nice, our experience with the host completely overshadowed that.After checking out, we were accused of smoking on the property something none of us did. The host threatened us with a fine but provided no evidence (no photos, no documentation), and the only possible explanation for the accusation was that we were being watched through the Ring camera which we were never made aware of or consented to.We left the space clean and followed all the rules, so being treated this way felt invasive and unfair. The communication from the host was accusatory and unpleasant, with no effort to resolve the situation respectfully.This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. We would not recommend this stay to anyone who values their privacy and a fair, respectful host interaction.
