Home was truly amazing location was extraordinary. The view from the pool and the balconies was something you have to experience at least once in your life I truly amazing and beautiful home. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Everything was great.

Las Terrenas Family vacation

This villa is absolutely fantastic! The place is more beautiful in person than in pictures. The views are absolutely stunning! The people that take care of it became like family to us while we where there. They were very friendly and helpful with any items we needed to make our stay a nice one! There is a ton to do that is close by. We went to various beaches, went on several excursions and ate at some amazing restaurants all within a 10 mile radius! Everyone enjoyed this beautiful villa and want to go back there again in the future! Our family highly recommends this place!!!

Plusieurs éléments importants pour nous dans votre description de la villa sont faux dont: Plage de Punta Popy 9 min à pieds et Plage de la Iglesias 11 minutes à pieds. Il est absolument impossible de se rendre aux plages à pied car la villa est située tout en haut d'une montagne, chemin étroit et escarpé, dangereux et glissant, boueux, roches, trous et bosses. Il nous a fallu louer des voitures afin de rendre à la villa ce qui n'était pas prévu. De plus, la maison est située beaucoup plus haut que le stationnement de voiture ( 10 mètres) et nous devions emprunter un très mauvais et dangereux escalier en pierre et ciment sans rampes pour nous y rendre...un de nos invité est tombé et s'est rendu à l'hôpital international de Las Terrenas pour confirmer s'est fracturé une côte.On nous avais confirmé qu'il y avait un système de génératrice genre inverseur si jamais l'électricité manquait....de fait, nous avons manqué 3 fois d'électricité durant notre séjour dont plus de 15 heurs une journée. l'inverseur en question ne fonctionnait pas. le premier jour de notre arrivée, la plomberie de la douche coulait de partout et il n'y avait pas de pression pour prendre une douche de la chambre du haut. Nous avons du attendre quelques jours pour qu'un plombier vienne réparer. Ensuite, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. ensuite, la tuyauterie du lavabo de cuisine s'est mis à couler et a inondé le plancher de cuisine. nous avons du attendre un plombier pour venir réparer la plomberie de cuisine.
