Estancia muy agradable

Es el tercer año que repetimos en los apartamentos Don Pepe co no Interhome y muy bien. Este año cambiamos a este apartamento que tenía lavavajillas y bañera ( mucho más cómodo para niños y bebés). Mejoraría las almohadas que sonut duras, el goteo de agua a la terraza por aire acondicionado e incluiría wifi pero por lo demás todo genial.

Conjunto residencial muy agradable. Con piscina y aire acondicionado para combatir el calor de estas fechas. Dotación de menaje y electrodomesticos correcta.

Poco cuidado

No había cama de matrimonio como anunciaba. Los colchones eran malísimos y no se pueden poner con esas bases ( nos dedicamos al sector del descanso ). Las camas sin hacer y en vez de nórdicos había mantas ( un poco antiguo ). Humedades en la puerta que da a los dormitorios. Los armarios por dentro dan pena, comprar unos juegos de perchas iguales tampoco cuesta tanto. La ducha era doble, la alcachofa normal sin problema pero cuando intentamos poner la grande fija el agua salía amarilla.

Het appartement op zich is oké, mooie ligging, fantastisch zwembad. Er is wel geen internet beschikbaar. Ook het ter beschikking gesteld materiaal is povertjes, er zijn bijvoorbeeld geen wijnglazen, geen aardappelschiller...

El apartamento es estupendo. Tiene de todo y una terraza espectacular desde donde, aunque a lo lejos, se puede disfrutar de vistas al mar. La piscina también d maravilla, y aunque fuimos en septiembre y no había socorrista, permanecía abierta a cualquier hora del día. La distancia hasta la playa de arena poco más de un km. Totalmente recomendable

40º y sin aire acondicionado

El apartamento bien pero lo mejor es que cuando voy a enchufar el aire acondicionado no funciona. A los dos dias me traen un aparato enorme que solo hacia ruido porque enfriar era poco eso fue desagradable. Luego ponia wifi en los conentarios del apartamento y tampoco tenia tube que desplazarme a la oficina para recogerlo. Y 3 dias antes de irnos se rompe el lavavajillas asi acabo todo.

Thank you for your feedback however we apologise that the solutions that were made as a temporary measure during your stay did not fulfil your expectations, and that an in-depth repair could not take place. Nevertheless, the air conditioning has now been fixed, as well as the dishwasher and the WIFI.

Aire acondicionado estropeado .Llamé a la agencia 2 veces y las 2 veces nos quedamos esperando al técnico, al final vino al cuarto día de nuestra estancia en el apartamento y dijo que no lo podía reparar lo cual nos ha supuesto pasar una semana de calor insoportable , por lo tanto quedo a la espera del abono de la parte proporcional por no haber aire acondicionado, puesto que en las especificaciones del contrato de alquiler constaba que tenía aire acondicionado. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba tardaron 3 días en enviar a un técnico ( después de varias llamadas a interhome y correos electrónicos), no tenía arreglo y aún estoy esperando que me den alguna solución o alternativa, en el apartamento hacía mucho calor.

È il secondo anno che andiamo in questo appartamento confortevole . Un po’ meno i materassi ( con le molle!). Si è ridotto notevolmente l’odore di muffa rilevato nella precedente vacanza . Le tende da sole sono un po’ usurate e non utilizzabili agevolmente.

The property was thoroughly checked, cleaned and improved with the addition of a humidifier, meaning there is no longer any mold smell present. A brand new mattress has also been installed. Thank you for your feedback.

Great holiday spot

Loved it! The apartment is perfect for a beach holiday. It has all the essentials you need for a base as most of the time you will be out exploring. We used to own an apartment in Don Pepe so it brought back many memories. The pool has just been totally redone and was sparkling and gorgeous. We love this location for access to the sea and walking distance to the Arenal at night.
