Villa FELIZ lives up to its name, Villa Bonheur. It is the perfect home for a couple with two children. It will bring you all the amenities for an ideal stay. It has just been refurbished with completely new furniture.
Villa FELIZ is a traditional Spanish house on the ground floor of 150 m². The 800 m² private plot is not overlooked. The garden is flat and easy to access. Its asset: more than 250 plants and 7 thirty-something palm trees, a magnificent prickly pear. In this setting, a large 9 x 4 m swimming pool. Location 7 minutes by road from the sandy Arenal beach.
Villa FELIZ has large living spaces, two large living rooms: one on the naya (covered terrace closed by large glass windows) and another living room with a fireplace, a beautiful dining room.
For your well-being we have installed two kitchens, one inside the house and one facing the swimming pool. Both are equally equipped so that you can make good little Mediterranean dishes !! Plus the indispensable enameled cast iron plancha.
Also outside, everything is done for your comfort: sunbathing with shelves, gas plancha on wheels, 3 terraces with tables and chairs, to follow the sun! or the shade!
One bedroom is equipped with a large bed (160x200- new mattress with pocket springs) and faces east on the side of the rising sun, and the other with two large beds (90x200) and opens onto the naya .The two bedrooms are furnished with a wardrobe (two rods, shelves, drawer, pants hanger).
Satellite TV and wifi internet (12 mega).
Equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
A deposit of 300 € will be requested upon arrival. Cleaning, terry towels and sheets are not included. We can of course take care of it, do not hesitate to ask us.

Lovely villa minutes to Xabia historic city and beach

Villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a lovely garden of mature trees and plants including a gorgeous pool. It was too cool to benefit from outdoor kitchen and pool but we enjoyed spending time outdoors on lounge chairs . Property was securely fenced for dogs to run and park car. It is close to historic Xabia and roads leading to Calpe, Denia, etc. areas in Costa Blanca we toured for a month. Owner was responsive to provide guidance on restaurants, sites of interest, and home included guides, maps, puzzles, books, etc. Internet worked well and TV offered a large selection of French channels. We would recommend this villa for a couple or small family and gladly return.

Dit is de derde keer dat wij met z’n vieren een villa hebben gehuurd in Spanje, 2 keer via een via een bureau en nu via VRBO / rechtstreeks van de verhuurder.Ik kan jullie vertellen dat het deze laatste keer echt meer dan goed is bevallen en zouden dan ook zeker zonder twijfel bij een ieder deze villa aanbevelen.Het was netjes, schoon, en overcompleet.Perfecte locatie om echt alle kanten op te gaan.(Dénia, Calp, Calla Moraig, Granadella uiteraard Arenal Beach enz.)Wij hebben 2 geweldige weken achter de rug.Contact is goed er wordt gelijk gereageerd.Zwembad wordt goed onderhouden en was ook lekker schoon.En die tuin echt de buitenkeuken echt te veel om op te noemen.Met vriendelijke groet Familie van Penderen

Zeer net, en zeer netjes vakantiehuis. Zwembad werd wat troebel, en na een berchtjes werd dit direct de volgende dag opgelost. Wel wat muggen maar daa ff heb je binnen geen last van. Wij zijn zeer tevreden! Aanrader!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen .Das Haus liegt in ruhige Lage , sehr schöne Garten mit großem Pool. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants in Jávea 15 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, alles war perfekt. Romana & Alex

Costa Blanca-Immer wieder

Diesmal waren wir in Javea,diese Stadt ist recht unübersichtlich,aber wenn man alles gefunden hat,wirklich schön😀Unser Haus hatte einen tollen Garten,Schatten zur jeder Tageszeit möglich.Der Pool einfach nur toll👍 Küche bestens ausgestattet und die Betten hatten sehr guten Matratzen,darauf legen wir immer großen Wert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung 👍Danke an Corinne,auch die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt.

Comme son nom l'indique c'est la maison du bonheur. Tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour et la cuisine d'été est vraiment très appréciable pour profiter au maximum de l'extérieur et de la piscine.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis!

Ondanks het slechte weer (tijdens ons verblijf was het noodweer en echt veel regen en koud) hebben wij heerlijk kunnen genieten van met name de tuin. 's Ochtends het ontbijt voor op het terras of in de tuinkamer, de middagen idem. Een heerlijk zwembad en buiten keuken en alles volledig ingericht. Huis was erg schoon. Daarnaast fijn contact metj zowel eigenaar als degene die ons heefrt ontvangen bij het huis. Enige minpunt is dat je niets binnen loopafstand kunt doen.

Ein schöner Urlaub in der Villa Feliz

Das großzügige Grundstück mit dem schönen Haus ist wie beschrieben und besser. Wir haben sehr schöne Wochen in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Auch das Außengelände mit Pool (regelmäßiger Service) ist sehr ansprechen. Das etwas abgelegene Grundstück hatte für uns durch die Ruhe mehr Vor als Nachteile. Dieses Haus können wir nur empfehlen , auch der Checkin / Chechkout war sehr professionell.

Séjour agréable

Une sympathique villa située au calme, au fond d’une impasse. L’espace piscine et la cuisine d’été sans vis à vis, sont très agréable. L’ameublement intérieur est correct, meubles récents. Bonne literie. Le terrain est joliment paysagé, les palmiers sont magnifiques ! Possibilité de rentrer la voiture sur le terrain, abritée sous un carport. Télévision écran plat, chaînes Françaises. Internet fonctionne mais le débit n’est pas top… Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette villa au mois de Juin. Et en sommes repartis globalement satisfait. A noter toutefois, un bémol sur la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée….regrettable par rapport au tarif du séjour qui reste tout de même plutôt élevé. Mais un petit geste commercial a été consenti par les propriétaires, ce que nous avons apprécié. Enfin, à préciser que la maison est un peu excentrée, donc indispensable de prendre la voiture pour se rendre à la plage, et pas toujours facile de trouver un stationnement…. En conclusion, une jolie maison, parfaite pour 2 à 4 personnes maxi, un bel environnement, si vous cherchez un endroit calme à l’écart du centre ville, nous la recommandons.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön. Es war alles, was man braucht vorhanden. In der Küche und in der Aussenküche gibt es alles, was man benötigt und auch noch mehr. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Es war alles blitzblank sauber. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Moskitonetze war das einzige was wir vermisst haben. Aber wir haben uns anderweitig geholfen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall in diese wunderschöne Oase zurück kommen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und dem Hausverwalter war einwandfrei. Und wir durften unsere Hunde mitbringen. Ganz großes Lob.

Todo bien

Una casa tranquila, sin apenas ruido del exterior, pero con vecinos cerca, para no sentirse “abandonado”. La localización es perfecta para ir a Jávea, Denia, Gata de Gorgos… y para ir a supermercados como Consum o Mercadona. La piscina es lo mejor de la casa. El que limpia la piscina ha venido 3 días en los 10 que hemos estado, así que ha estado perfecta en todo momento (nos gustaría que nos hubieran avisado, eso sí, porque el primer día nos asustamos). La cocina está super equipada. Ha sido como estar en casa. El exterior de la casa es perfecto. Si hay que buscar algo negativo, los colchones son duros (pero eso va a gustos), solo hay persiana en la habitación de matrimonio y el wifi no funciona bien. Pero teniendo datos en el mvl, suficiente. Corinne ha estado muy atenta y siempre que le he escrito ha contestado muy rápido y Dominique (quien nos dio las llaves) muy amable.

Het viel een beetje tegen

We hebben de woning afgelopen week (feb-mrt) gehuurd. De woning was rustig en voor ons ruim genoeg. Er was ook verwarming. De gastoevoer ging kapot, maar gelukkig werd dat snel gemaakt. Helaas vielen er ook een aantal zaken tegen. Er waren geen vaatwasmachine en haarföhn aanwezig, dit staat wel in de beschrijving. Ondanks vragen vanuit ons hierover vooraf moesten we het (in de winter) doen met één fleecedekentje. Dit is uiteraard veel te weinig. Gelukkig hebben we ergens anders nog een dekbed vandaan kunnen halen, anders hadden we een slapeloze week gehad. Bovendien was het huisje niet echt schoon. Zoo leek het muurtje bij de douche jarenlang niet te zijn aangeraakt met een schoonmaakdoekje. Op de laatste avond is de beheerder onze afspraak vergeten en hebben wij een uur op hem gewacht. Ook dat was jammer. Kortom, wij zouden hier niet opnieuw verblijven.
