The location is amazing! Very near the old town and lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. We loved the decor and French feel of the apartment. Very clean and a nice shower. The host was very responsive and helpful.

L'Encrier This is a great apartment, right in the heart of the old town, with many restaurants nearby. Virtually every grocery chain in France has a mid-size store within two blocks. The subway station is just two blocks away. The one mention is that the mattress, which is 140 cm, is worn out. It sags a great deal in the middle.

BEST LOCATION EVER!!!

Having reviewed many vacation rentals over the last seven or eight years I can say Without Fear of contradiction that the location of this apartment is more than you could possibly hope for. First and foremost the place looks exactly like it does in the photos on line. The decor is very colorful and extremely pleasing and tasteful. If I had to pick anything that might have been slightly sub par, it would be the bathroom which is fine and works but definitely could use a little updating especially the shower. Great water pressure but it just needs a little bit of help. Just remember that every time you go from street level to the apartment there are 50 stairs to navigate which for us got a bit old as we were there for a month and we are not young people. The lovely people at cocoonr were extremely helpful and professional and we like to dealing with them quite a bit. Again, the location is positively spectacular as you are in the middle of the middle and I could not possibly imagine staying in a more vibrant area of Toulouse.

L'Encrier Le logement est bien situé et a un bel espace cuisine salon. Cependant beaucoup trop cher, la literie est très inconfortable, l’équipement est sommaire, de la poussière dans tous les coins et puis nous avons eu plusieurs coupures d’eau sans avoir eu une communication de la part de l’agence et des travaux dès 8h du matin dans la l’appartement juste derrière la chambre.

L'Encrier Au début, il y avait des inquiétudes, car l'appartement était neuf sur le site et il n'y avait aucun avis, mais la réalité a dépassé toutes les attentes !) J'ai été accueilli par un concierge très gentil, il m'a tout montré, l'appartement est grand, propre, élégant , internet excellent, un grand choix d'équipements dans la cuisine (j'adore cuisiner, c'était important)...en plus, l'appartement est très calme !) Et aussi (selon moi) l'appartement est situé dans le meilleur quartier de??Toulouse, l'emplacement est tout simplement idéal!)
