A few steps from the centre of Oullins, very nice quiet and bright apartment crossing West/East. The property is in excellent condition and has just been refurbished. The apartment is organised as follows: a well-made, separate and equipped kitchen, a TV lounge, 4 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet. Two balconies with different orientations add additional comfort. You will appreciate the unobstructed view, without vis-à-vis.
