The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming 22 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, less than one kilometer from the beach, has a swimming pool and shared jacuzzi. It can comfortably accommodate 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² living room with TV...
- A sleeping area with 1 sofa bed and 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool open all year round (dates of opening non-contractual and subject to change by the residence).
- A shared jacuzzi available all year round
- A 10 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Sainte-Luce, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Various water sports: kayaking, paddle, diving, jet skiing, etc.
- Walking (fitness trail along the beaches or Morne Larcher for the more sporty)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence car park.

A wonderful spot with a short walk to fantastic beaches! Loved our stay. Check in was super fast and easy and we have had many VRBO property stays which were not. A lock box system with pass code, sent to you just before arrival, lets you access the property simply and easily. A rental car is very handy if you plan to explore or do groceries to cook etc but Jumbo Car rental have an onsite car so a rental for your entire stay may not be a necessity. Parking here often fills to over capacity by evening so getting a spot can be a stress point. Our unit was clean and comfortable and filled with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Only a couple of items I would point out which could improve the stay of others; a second proper bed pillow (not decorative type) for each guest would be great and for those who cook, a kitchen knife which is sharp. Instructions for the safe would be helpful as well. We never did figure it out and didn’t want to accidentally lock our passports away. But overall, very small details! For future guests who are picking up groceries on their way to the property, the coffee maker is original nespresso pods. I always like to know. lol There are two refrigerators so lots of space for cold drinks and food. Tip: Do not leave anything on the table or counter space uncovered. Your unexpected guests (very cute birds) will help themselves, but it is a wonderful way to enjoy morning coffee with “friends”! We hope to return again!

Avons bien apprécié notre séjour au Palmélodie. Le logement est très bien situé géographiquement et généralement en bonne condition. Belle vue sur la mer. Seul petit bémol et ceci se veut des commentaires constructif ( car avons dû communiquer avec la gestionnaire), manquait d’informations à notre accueil, exemple : code du wifi, coffre fort était barré, stationnement très limité en ce temps de saison, manquait de places pour se stationner…La gestionnaire Nora communique très rapidement , un gros plus. Merci pour tout !

Nous avons pu profiter du lever du soleil le matin pour le petit déjeuner et de l’ombre en soirée préférable par rapport à la chaleur. Les plages à proximité (à pied) vous offrent toutes possibilités d’activités. En un mot, c’est une location parfaite pour la tranquillité, le calme et la beauté de la Martinique Sud."
