The special holiday home on Usedom
Are you looking for something special on Usedom? Then the "Ferien Gut Welzin" will not disappoint you!
The farm is wonderfully idyllic in the small village Welzin on a peninsula between Usedom Lake and the Szczecin Lagoon.
Quiet and secluded you can enjoy your holidays on the year-round heated pool, in the exclusive sauna, the warm Usedom summer evenings in the pergola with a log fire or when it gets cooler in the romantic conservatory. Or "movie night" at the tiled stove in front of the 48 "screen with Sonos Soundbar, which you can also use to listen to your own music. Free wifi is self-evident. In the same way, if it gets too quiet, you will be in the Baltic Sea beach with its seaside resorts within 20 minutes by car. For shopping you are in 5 minutes in the tranquil town of Usedom, or in the neighboring village of Stolpe with its castle, a bakery for fresh bread and a recommended restaurant.
During construction, we placed special emphasis on biologically valuable materials. Among other things, the interiors are all plastered with clay and painted pure marsh lime paint. Also with the interior equipment our attention was on quality. But see for yourself. You are welcome!
