Villa Kokkinos Ilios

Villa Kokkinos Ilios has it all. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with double bed and bathroom, a large space with an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The large sliding doors to a terrace with a sheltered area for dining, a 24.5 square metre swimming pool and an outdoor shower. <br>On the ground floor there are two bedrooms that accommodate 4 people and a shared bathroom. These rooms also open onto a spacious terrace. The whole house is bathed in light thanks to large windows and a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Paximadia, as well as the mountains. The perfect place to sit on one of the terraces and admire the sunsets. You should know that the rooms at the top are only accessible by external stairs.... This can cause problems if you have small children... <br>Everything is provided for a comfortable stay: all windows are equipped with mosquito nets, all rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with a large American fridge. We provide sheets and towels, as well as extra towels to rest on one of our 6 deckchairs, near the pool. <br><br>The village of Kamilari is located at the bottom of the hill, less than 10 minutes from the village. In the village you will find a shop and several restaurants. Several beaches (developed or wild) are within a perimeter of only a few kilometres (to be done by car).<br><br>Villa Kokkinos Ilios is a true haven of peace, perfectly located to visit the region, and perfectly equipped to recharge your batteries.
