Fully air-conditioned 100 m² villa for 6 people in a green setting, just 10 minutes' walk from the charming village of Plan de la Tour and its shops. Very quiet area; hiking trails starting from the house. The beaches of Port-Grimaud and Sainte-Maxime are 10 minutes away by car and Saint-Tropez is 30 minutes away.

- 8x4 swimming pool in use from April to October (can be heated depending on outside temperature)
- Large 20 m² covered terrace
- 50 m² living/dining room with cathedral ceiling and fully equipped open-plan kitchen
- 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with 160x200cm bed and 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm bed
- 2 shower rooms
- 2 WCS
- Entrance hall with cupboard
- 700 m² enclosed garden / Parking: 2 cars outside + 2 wheels or small vehicle (4m) in garage
