lives in USA. my husband and I have been married 32 yrs now. we enjoy traveling. first time we came to Cabo, we stayed at Mykonos, and we both knew instantly that it just doesn't get better than this. we tried to buy for awhile, but nothing available with 2 bed/2bae Thru one of our amazing San Jose friends, introduced us to a couple who were thinking of selling this beautiful completely renovated condo. we never thought we would get the call, but they decided to sell, not to list, and direct sell to us.. that changed our lives forever. we absolutely love it here. we have 4 children, 6 grandchildren with many more to come. we enjoy family time, traveling, water sports, and when able, just enjoying nature with warm weather.

why this property? why NOT this property, right? We looked at SOOO many other units at different places, but after staying at Mykonos before. nothing really appealed to us. for what they were asking at other places, without a perfect location, i knew we just had to be patient , which is a word that i have always had a problem comprehending. :)

we are literally steps to the ocean, large beach and Mykonos private beach.. walking distance to the famous" Zippers," where they have bands usually on weekends. they serve the most amazing food, day and night. its also a bar. right on the beach so sit, eat and watch the surfers. walk down the other way on the beach is the other most famous place on water is MaMia's. known for the most loved pizzas. oven baked. every night, there is an amazing, fascinating fire show, that's different every time......Another event loved, every Thurs, downtown in the square, is a large art show set up outside with some world known artists, and some just starting out. you can always find a steal. All in all Mykonos is perfect, with 24 hr, security, prime location, close to everything, very friendly people, and it is only around 15 miles to her other twin sister, Cabo San Lucas. a lot more night life, and crowding , but there is a huge marina. surrounding 2 sides of the marina are stores and also a mall. you can book fishing trips here also, but what i love, is watching all the huge famous cruise ships come in/out. Sometimes, celebrities, fly in and land on a huge yacht too. i cant say any names tho, that's the Cabo secret.
