Perfect Calm Paradise

Our family of 3 adults had a wonderful experience. Words that describe our stay are safe, clean, beautiful, spacious, and one of a kind. Words that describe the nature around us are perfect weather, most beautiful ocean, a beach to ourselves, perfect.

This condo was perfect. It was gorgeous with the beach and the pool right there. It was also very quiet, unlike the crazy scene at my daughter’s all-inclusive hotel. We would definitely love to come back when we could have more time to just hang out (we were there for a wedding).

Short stay

The best way to describe this property is WOW! Extremely private with vegetation on ground floor patio. Loved that there were no noise like resorts and not crowded. Beach front. Just what these two couples needed at the end of our trip to Cabo.

Beautiful and quiet

Our stay was fabulous! The condo was clean & beautiful, steps away from the beach, equipped with everything we could possibly need for a lovely beach vaca & just as stated in the VRBO listing. We loved the layout with 2 master suites!! The resort is manicured, very safe with a guard on duty at the entry gate & security by the beach so you are not bothered by vendors. The owner is very easy to communicate with, answers questions quickly & resolves issues quickly as well. It was a perfect, relaxing week! Thank you Scott for sharing your lovely place!

Great Place!

Great property! Mykonos is a top knotch location and facility. This unit is one of the nicer ones. Ground floor and steps from the pool and beach. The covered patio offers a cool respite from the sun. Great for having meals outside. Brand new grill that worked great. Perfect for two couples with two private master suites.

Excellent Christmas Stay

What a wonderful condo and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week with some old friends. Being able to watch the sunrise over the water was amazing. The home was as advertised and as shown in the pictures. We do wish the water filters on the sink worked as it would have been so much easier than using bottled water but that is a small price to pay and is typical in Mexico anyway. The grocery stores are amazing! The tortillas and pastries are incredible. When we go back to Cabo we will definitely look to stay here again.

Everything we hoped for

This property was everything we had hoped it was and more. It set up beautifully and comfortably. We had 2 adult couples staying and it was perfect for that. 2 very private bedroom/bathrooms, each with a view of the ocean. So relaxing, steps to pool and beach. Lots to do nearby, but hard to leave the serenity of the complex. Security very present. Great get away. Wish we could have stayed longer and had a dinner party, nice place to enertain a few friends. Thanks again Scott

Best 2-Bedroom Condo in Costa Azul!

My wife and I and my brother and his wife stayed in Unit 102C. We have stayed at several of the condominium properties in Costa Azul. This is definitely the best one we have stayed at! The Mykonos complex is well maintained and the grounds are very pretty. The condo is the closest unit to the beach and has an ocean view from all of the bedrooms, the living room, and the large patio. The condo is only steps from the 3 pools and 1 hot tub. The condo is nicely decorated, stocked with everything that is needed, and the beds in both of the bedrooms are very comfortable. The condo location is great and is only minutes from a large grocery store and many great restaurants. The condo owner was very responsive during the booking process and during our trip. We look forward to staying at this condo again soon!

Absolutely Stunning Stay!This place exceeded every expectation—it’s even better than described! Every room has breathtaking ocean views, and both bedrooms come with their own master bathrooms, making it perfect for two couples. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine in comfort, but the real highlight is the patio area—actually, three patios! From there, you can walk straight to the pool and then right onto the beach. It truly doesn’t get any better than this. Huge thanks to Scott for being such a fantastic host and answering all my questions promptly.

Great Condo and location

Scott's condo was the perfect spot for my wife and I to celebrate our recent retirement with our son, his wife and their 2 young boys. The condo had so much room and being on the ground floor it was so convenient for naps and kids quiet time. The outside patio is huge and conveniently leads right out to the pools and beach. It is well stocked with everything you will need. The BBQ grill was such a nice feature for some delicious meals. The grounds at Mykonos are so well taken care of and there are lots of pool chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Scott was quick to respond to any requests or questions and we can't wait to return...hopefully sooner rather than later.

The host was quick to respond to messages, which was helpful for our last minute travel plans. Chill location - not too many people on the grounds and the beach was surprisingly private feeling and quiet in April. The pools and hot tub were nice. Be advised that this may not be the best place for pre-teen kids, though. There are some expensive pottery and lamps in the unit. The people who stayed before us apparently broke a bedside lamp (that's right at bed height) and one of our kids was tossing and turning in his sleep and pushed the other one off and broke it. It was more expensive than it looked to replace. The hotel next door was playing bad techno loudly pretty late one of the nights we were there, but the other nights were quiet. Overall we had a great time there.

Amazing condo with great views

Our first time in Cabo and we're fortunate to have stayed here. Everything was smooth from the time of booking, to checking in. Scott was easy to communicate and extremely helpful. The place is beautiful and the rooms were huge with en suite bathroom in both rooms plus a powder room near the front door. Our 5-day stay flew by so quick. I wish we could stay longer. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Accommodations!

We just finished a five night stay in this condo and I could not be more happy with our decision to stay here! The property is spectacular with amazing amenities. Your two bedroom condo is super spacious with a large fully equipped kitchen. Two full baths plus a half bath was perfect for our party consisting of two couples. The patio is huge and literally walks out to the pools/ hot tubs and massive beach! We spent all day everyday at the beach using the provided beach chairs/ umbrellas and beach towels. Forget a beach bag? They had several to use! The evenings in the hot tub were amazing. The people at this location were so nice and we met some fabulous people we now call friends! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The very best of Los Cabos!

We were so happy with the views, decor, and location! Mykonos Bay is a beautiful, laid-back resort on an even more beautiful beach, and this unit is the nicest one there is. The landscaping brings the outside right up to the expansive patio with sweeping views of the beach, ocean, and La Palmilla down the coast. Truly stunning. Many beachfront units are not well maintained, relying on their surroundings to make up for any deficits. This one is perfect, fresh paint, lovely decor, huge space, it's really just as nice inside as out, a real gem! We rented a different unit in the same resort but it was far inferior to Scott's. I could go on about how great it is, but you get the idea. And the price was more than fair. Would love to stay here again.

Great location great property

We had a great time. This property could not have been in a better location. Close to everything we needed. We also enjoyed the first floor access to the pool and beach. Loved that it was a little resort without the chaos that was going around at other resorts. Will book again when returning to Cabo!
