This condo is truly the place that you want to be for your Cabo Vacation! We welcome you to escape to the panoramic ocean views & breezes, of this recently remodeled & private 1700-square-foot condo at Costa Azul's La Jolla. Casa Kim is located in an exclusive gated community minutes from downtown San Jose del Cabo.

The best part about Casa Kim is the condo is a beach-front property with ocean views that are visible from every room. The condo has everything that you need to relax, sit back, enjoy a margarita, and create great memories on your Cabo Vacation. The community boasts splendid gardens, two pools, fountains, and ocean sights, and great location to downtown San Jose del Cabo.

The unit is completely redecorated and contains all new furniture, linens, towels and bedding. Remote controlled air-conditioning units and TVs with cable are in every room. New 50' wide screen SMART LED TV in family room. You can access Netflix or Hulu.

The kitchen is fully stocked and flows to the dining area perfectly. Cozy up in the living area with ocean sounds, and relax in total seclusion. Step out of either master bedroom and living areas to the private terrace with an excellent elevated vantage point to unbeatable ocean views including Palmilla point and Punta Gorda.

This property is just two minutes from the One and Only, Palmilla Hotel, with its World Class 27-hole Jack Nicklaus course and their new shopping area of Las Tiendas and unbeatable gourmet restaurants. Westin Regina is a 5 minute drive.

The Costa Azul energy is contagious, with it's world-class surfing, eateries, and shopping, just a short five-minute walk.
This unit is adjacent to The Bel Air Hotel which has a cafe and bar. Taxi service is near your door. Adjacent to this property you will find a new organic restaurant, a coffee shop and mini market. Walk on the beach to the famous Zipper's restaurant at the surfing beach or try fusion dining and music at Brisas. Across the street is Havana's night club with live jazz nightly.

Take a five-minute drive, bus (intercity bus stop is a two minute walk) or taxi (taxi stand at the complex), to the authentic, quaint, provincial town of San Jose Del Cabo, with its pastel cottages and flowering trees, lining the narrow streets. While maintaining its colonial style, San Jose is becoming sophisticated, with it's collection of cafes and art galleries, mixed in with original authentic shops and unique dining experiences. The beauty of Cabo San Lucas and lands end is a short 15 minute drive away.

The condo was super clean & comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for us. The bedrooms & bathrooms were nicely appointed. The VIEWS from every room were terrific. We spent lots of time on the balcony, almost 90 feet long with lmany seating options. The gentleman (Fredrick) who greeted us & got us settled in was helpful & nice. We ate dinner out every night (twice at Mamma Mias), just a short walk down the beach. Uber picks up in front of the condo room in the parking lot, which was helpful. We highly recommend a stay at Casa Kim, it's lovely!

All four sliding doors opened onto the very large deck from which we could see the Sea of Cortes. View was amazing and the roar of the tide kept us glued to the outdoors. The interior was clean and nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and spices. In the laundry room were beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and fishing poles...everything one would need.

Location, location, location, perfect view. Access to the beach and the pool were great. Kitchen well stocked with spices, cooking oil etc. And importantly for me they had some coffee filters for the coffee maker. Not something you want to run out an buy if arriving late.

Paradise Found

We are so fortunate to have found La Jolla and spend a week at such a wonderful location, getting to know this special community. Victor was so helpful and welcoming at check in, he set the stage for a fantastic week. The condo was peaceful, safe, comfortable and offers the most magnificent location. Grounds are perfectly manicured, pools are amazing, excellent swimming, beach walks for miles, easy access to all amenities. We will be booking our next visit!!!

Unmatched Location and Views

This is the second time at this property. It was with a new owner, but the property and location may have been better than our memories of it. Although the majority of the property was mostly the same, the new owner did make some nice improvements in the kitchen. This property and its location has to be seen and experienced to be believed. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Cute, Clean and Great Location

My parents and I spent 5 nights in this beautiful condo. It was very modern and nicely decorated. It was also very clean and tidy which is very important to us. We shopped at the nearby supermarket and cooked a lot of our meals. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed drinking our coffee on the terrace as we watched the sunrise; absolutely breath taking views! We look forward to returning. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

Great sevice, great stay

The condo was comfortable, quiet, well outfitted, and right on the beach. The view was perfect. The pools are heated and nice. We used Uber to get around and that worked out perfectly. A major plus is the agent Pablo. He helped us get into the unit early, was there to meet us and provide info, and helped out with whatever we needed. He helped us find COVID tests for our travel home. It was great to have someone we could depend on to contact with any issue. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Views!

Casa Kim was perfect for our family. The ocean views from every room are so beautiful. We were there in Summer so had to use AC but it kept all of the rooms cool. The property management was super helpful and responsive. The beach out front is good for walking but not swimming. You can walk to a surf break though and it was not far to drive to swimmable beaches. San jose del Cabo is a quick drive away for restaurants. The pools on the property are nice. Even though complex is on a busy road you cannot hear traffic from the condo..just the crashing waves.

Exactly as described and close to everything!

The property is as described and right on the beach. Pools are easy to access, and beach chairs are readily available. This is your spot if you like lounging in the sun all day. Pablo was great with check-in. He had chips and salsa, margaritas, and beer at the ready. The property is close to all the activities, large grocery stores, and restaurants. House WiFi was perfect, and Netflix and local TV (ESPN) were available. Appliances were brand new, and enough plates, cups, and silverware to make a family feel at home. One issue that is easily addressed is the actual address in the literature. We had a hard time getting food delivered, and when we needed an emergency visit, we had no way to report the actual address for delivery or emergency dispatch. They kept asking for our "Colony," which was nowhere to be found. I am also fairly certain Amazon could deliver if the address was posted clearly.

Amazing view

Casa Kim’s was very clean well maintained 2 bedroom Suite, walking distance to a few restaurants and very centrally located. Nice to have filtered water system in the kitchen including the fridge ice! The only thing that was not working to good was the hot water in the master bedroom it’s a bit tricky to get the right temperature and the screen doors were very difficult to open and close… very minor issues and I’m sure they will be addressed as we left a note letting the property manager know. Pablo was waiting at the condo for us and surprised us with Margaritas chips and salsa.. very nice touch and he was very accommodating and looked after us very well! So. NIce to wake up every morning to the amazing sun rise and the sound of the ocean ..so calming.. there are 2 pools one is heated, we are beach people but nice to have the option of a pool. The condo is well equipped with chairs and towels for the beach and so nice to have a washer and dryer as well! Over all this is a great place to stay!

Not Impressed

The property has the potential to be nice but there was a lot of construction in progress which included a lot of construction noise before 9:00 am which we were not aware of until after we had already booked. There were no amenities, like there were on several of the neighboring properties. There is a nice, large pool. Property Management was not quick to respond to messages. We had some issues with cleanliness (stained bedding and towels). Security also approached us a couple of times questioning whether we were renting on the property which was very uncomfortable. The property should provide wrist bands or some type of identification so that renters are not made to feel unwelcome. The view of the ocean from the condo was nice and Victor was super nice and very helpful. We most likely will choose a different location on our next visit.
