Happiness is in Provence!
Whether you come for work or relaxation, you will appreciate the charm of this independent village house that is entirely reserved for you. With its view of a lovely flower-filled square featuring a fountain, it is very comfortable and has been completely renovated.
Everything has been designed to ensure you have the best stay, and we have equipped it as we would for ourselves.
The house has its own entrance and is not shared. It is a duplex of approximately 30m2, arranged as follows:
On the ground floora marble-tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, and storage.
To the right, a bedroom of about 8m2 with a large bed of 140x200 cm, a large wall wardrobe containing a table and iron, a bedside table with a lamp, as well as a USB wall socket.
On the 1st floor,The living room of approximately 11m2 has a double exposure and consists of a fully equipped open kitchen: combined microwave oven, 2 ceramic hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dining area with high chairs, USB wall socket.
Also, a lounge area with a convertible sofa, coffee table, ottoman, Orange TV with Netflix access (if you have your codes), and fiber internet.
You also have an open space (non-private) in front of the house where you can set up garden furniture and have a drink outdoors.
You will also have reserved access to the closed garage where you can store bikes, strollers, and motorcycles, and where you will find the garden furniture.
We provide a portable air conditioner that you can move from the bedroom to the living room (please note, it is a bit heavy, and there are stairs).
We also have a crib, a changing table, a baby bath, and a high chair that we provide free of charge upon request.
Vacationers have the entire house. There are many free parking spaces nearby.
We live a few kilometers away and are available if needed.
The house is located on Place de la Reinesse, a typically Provençal square with its fountain (and fish!) and surrounded by plants. Flayosc is a typical Southern French village with its cafes, traditional restaurants, a beautiful church, an artisanal bakery, independent shops, not to mention the famous Provençal market on Monday mornings, its vineyards around the village, and all the beautiful places to discover in the surrounding area.
We are in the heart of the village, and you can do everything on foot, but if you want to explore the surroundings, a car would be more suitable.
