This lovely restored Victorian home has enough room for everyone to relax. Enjoy the beauty of the era-appropriate features and antiques placed throughout the home, with modern conveniences like a private washer/dryer in place to make your stay comfortable. Two sunrooms provide plenty of space to wind down in comfort. At the end of a day of exploring, enjoy a soak in one of three standalone tubs. Kick back around the outdoor with a beverage on the wraparound porch as the sun goes down.

Great stay

This was a great stay. We all LOVED the house. It was nice to have space to relax and enjoy. It was clean, comfortable, and clise to all we wanted to do. The fireplace just added to the old feel of the house. I would stay here acain and hope to.

Amazing house

This house wasn't just a place to sleep, but an experience to have. Each room has character and comfort. Our party of six was comfortable and found visiting space ample. The location was perfect for exploring the beach and town. I 100% recommend this house and wish the owners well.

Perfect for our family

We had 8 people and this worked perfect! We used the twin fold up bed in the main floor king bedroom. There's an alcove that fit the twin bed perfectly. We enjoyed the multiple bathrooms. The kitchen table was big enough for all of us. The location of the rental is great! We didn't walk from our rental to the beach but there was a beach access within a 3 minute drive. The beach is beautiful! You can definitely stay there all day. The shops in town are cute! We would definitely rent this spot again!

Great Old Victorian

We had a large family group of 10, adults and teenagers. The location was great because we could walk to town and not have to find parking for our vehicles. Plenty of room to park all our vehicles at the house. The house is an actual 1890 Victorian home with modern conveniences added. Plenty of bathrooms. Master bedroom (with full bathroom and shower)on the main floor for anyone who would have trouble navigating the two steep original staircases to the second floor. If you like places with personality this is the place for you!

Perfect for our Group

Four good sized bedrooms each with private bath plus a common bath with shower of main living area. Well equipped kitchen, working appliances. Clean and fresh throughout. Could benefit by replacing main stairway runner which is ragged and only goes halfway up. No curtain in middle upstairs bath, very loose banging floor board outside top left bathroom entry. Delighted with the stay and several have made a note for future rental.

Tinker house

The house is a beautiful vintage house Daphne can use some small maintenance things some lights bulbs, missing burners, kept shorting out door knobs, kept falling off the rug on one staircase should be removed. It is a tripping hazard and could’ve been quite a bit cleaner.

Great old house in great location

The house is in a perfect location to enjoy all Long Beach offers. Trail to the beach at the end of the street, great restaurants within walking distance. The house is furnished to fit the history of the house. We met friends and family for the weekend. Great time! Some notes for consideration: There are 4 bedrooms, not 5. The 5th bedroom is actually the tv room with a foldout bed. This was not a problem, but I would say this should be in the description. The bathrooms do not all have showers. They have bathtubs, which while truly amazing old tubs, should be noted as such in the description.

Lovely wkd

The house was clean and spacious. The rooms were well appointed with fun antiques. The kitchen prep space was small but workable. Easy access to the paved Discovery Trail for walking, biking and running and a short walk just beyond the trail to the beach. We Enjoyed our stay!
