Private fenced in back yard, large deck with grill, couch and outdoor table. Quiet neighborhood! First floor has large central air conditioning unit and bedrooms have window AC. Full size washer and dryer. The home is an original farmhouse renovated to enjoy modern living.

Nice stay

We had a really nice stay at this property. It’s clean, and really well set up to have large groups comfortably. It’s about 25 mins to downtown Newport and 15-20 mins from Newport beaches. Only thing we missed having were beach chairs. If you need them, you will have to bring your own or rent them. Very nice owners! Stayed in touch throughout the stay.

We really enjoyed our three night stay. The location was great for exploring Newport and the surrounding area. Would definitely rent again if we return to the area!

Wonderful stay filled with family fun

This is a beautiful family friendly property with everything you need, but no extra clutter. The host was very prompt in responding to all questions and requests. The decor is modern comfortable, and versatile enough to accommodate the diverse needs of our family. The beds are huge and comfortable. The property is beautifully kept up and we loved the fenced in backyard and expansive front yard. The location is perfect, near beaches and vineyards and pizza places (very important for us)! And 15 minutes from Newport and the sites there. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful farmhouse, great for families

The home was in such a great location! Easy access to the main roads leading into Newport. There were wonderful take out places nearby, including our favorite of our stay - Rocco's! The common areas were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fantastic. Having a Roku set up was so handy, and the live Youtube TV account was great for catching the Patriots and Red Sox games! The beds were quite comfortable, and sheets were very nice. Plenty of towels were provided. Our family would definitely stay here again!
