Welcome to Grandma's! This cozy 2 story farm home has been filled with love and laughter for many years. Come enjoy this spacious home where great memories are made!

*** Please note: the base price is for 2 guest. Please be sure to add the correct number of guest when you are booking your stay***
*** An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be added for parties of 5 or more.***

-Dogs are not allowed in the main living part of the house
-Pets can stay in a kennel in the a/c part of the sunroom on the concrete only - no exceptions, please
-You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog outside
-Pet Fees- There is a $50.00 fee (no more than 2 dogs)
-Please include this fee in your payment on VRBO by clicking the pets button before you pay.
-If dogs are known to be in the main living part of the house, an additional $250.00 carpet cleaning fee will be added

-using all facilities as they are designed to be used
-a fine of $250.00 will be charged if any abuse or misuse of the property exist (examples: traces of illegal substances, unforeseen mishaps such as throw up or defecation that has not been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected...)

I loved our stay in this home! Brought up many memories of my own Grandmother's house. This home is well stocked with linens and kitchen needs. We will definitely book this home again for our next visit.

If you want to stay at grandma's house this is the place. This is very musty. If you pay for dog fee and have to keep them separate locked up in the sunroom when they are used to staying with you. The biggest draw back was the cameras that was not disclosed in the information!! I understand the ones outside but the inside one pointing to the door fo the washer and dryer room. It was a really good thing we didn't have our pajamas on or worse just undergarments for them to see when you walked in there!! That was on the inside of the house!! I wonder if they were listening to us. This was all we had to choose from at the time.Would not ever stay there again!!

Anita, With the messages and calls you and I exchanged, I am shocked at your review! You originally booked 1/29 11:29AM- I sent you my 3 welcome messages that included the pet policy at 11:33AM. On 4/13 you cancelled the reservation, stating change of destination, also on that day an hour after cancelling you rebooked the house for the same dates! At 9:14PM that day, I again sent you the 3 welcome messages that included my pet policy. At 9:21PM you told me you would bring your dog crate with you, which tells me, you were AWARE of my pet policy 3 months prior to your arrival! When you arrived you messaged me, “Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality.” Hmmmm, something doesn’t seem right with this comment, if your experience was as bad as you say it was! There was a brand new, NON-ACTIVE ring doorbell camera sitting on the cabinet in the laundry room that I did not have time to charge, install or activate prior to your arrival, hence its location at the back door! I do everything possible to ensure my guests are taken care of and aware of the policies prior to arrival at the house. You were aware of the policies and decided to complain about the policy I have in place, that you acknowledged! Also, much to my surprise, on 7/21, VRBO refunded you your pet fee. I am not sure why or how this happened! So please make this make sense!

The house was beautiful and comfortable and overall very homie feeling, no complaints there, however there were sticky notes everywhere and there was a sign stating no shoes allowed inside. The floors were uneven and wallpaper peeling off in multiple locations. Overall, you could tell this was grandmas house that hasn’t been updated since grandma lived there (not a bad thing, again very cute and homie BUT also not updated with necessary measures either) another issue I had with the booking is the price does not include all the add on fees the owner tacks on. We paid almost the same in extra fees as the original listing price for 2 nights. Paying per person is ridiculous and extra cleaning fees on top of a book of expectations of what to clean is also ridiculous. We left the house in good condition and the owner was extremely nice and communicated well. She did remove the extra cleaning fee since we had less people staying than when we originally booked, which was appreciated. Overall I don’t think the price was worth it but the house met our needs for a small wedding party.

Very cozy and comfy. Charming 1900’s era farmhouse redone in 50’s Grandmas house! Loved it!!! Plenty of room but cozy with the grandkids in Grammys bed.

Felt just like Grandma’s house

We enjoyed our stay at Grandma’s house. It was very clean and cozy. From the time we got out of the car there music was playing from the carport, then fresh lemon water and snacks waiting for us, the personal touches made us feel at home. Jennifer and Hope’s communication and hospitality is unmatched.

Time With Family

Jennifer has a beautiful historical home in the country which we used as home base for visiting family in the area. This time we saw peanut fields and their harvest that surround the home. That was a new experience. We hope to stay again!

Very great location. We loved the porches on the house and sat outside to play games, laugh, talk and laugh some more. Went to Rudy theater which was nearby and did some shopping.
