Location, Location, Location. Great condo located in the heart of Saugatuck, across from the Ship 'n Shore Motel. Our home will make you feel at home. It is warm, comfortable and an important part of your memorable vacation. We have off street parking, a yard to sit back and people watch from, or a balcony to enjoy a relaxing evening. We rent short and long vacations! Besides all of the amenities Saugatuck offers, Holland and beautiful state parks are less than 20 minutes away. South Haven, another great lake shore town is twenty minutes south and the high speed ferry from Milwaukee to Muskegon is an hour drive north. Please come and stay in our home. Saugatuck is great fun, rain or shine, Summer or any season. It will be a memorable stay. offers your suggestions for local activities

Clean property, close to everything! Air conditioning wasn’t quite enough in the living room/kitchenette ( bedroom unit couldn’t keep up), adding another window unit would help. Overall, great stay!

Cute place that’s exactly as described. It was very clean, stocked enough for our needs, and the bed was really comfy! Having a designated parking spot even though it’s a tight parking lot is super helpful since the street parking gets really busy. We love the fact that we were so close to everything and could walk to all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was as advertised and clean. The location is perfect for walking the boardwalk or town. The host was attentive and very responsive. I’d say the downsides are a very small bathroom, no shelves or places to put toiletries and soap/shampoo, and tight parking spots.

We want our children to grow up with memories of Saugatuck and hopefully they will want to bring their kids back some day. From the too many ice cream stores, to enjoying the park, to shopping the toys at the drug store, our kids love to come here. Before the kids, we enjoyed the night life as well! Now we all enjoy the great restaurants, there is not a bad place to eat in town.
