Very accommodating and quaint, relaxing retreat. Loved the hot tub and the local kittys cruising about. The environment was clean and spacious as well and close to many local attractions.
Place was great, centrally located between all the little towns. A lot to do, many parks and beaches. Very clean, hot tub was great, there was a grill, beautiful flowers! Would stay here again.
Nice house, great accommodations. We took advantage of the hot tub, the outdoor gas grill, full service kitchen, and the peaceful spacious deck. Loved having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location, nice walk to the lake. I would stay here again if in the area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and well taken care of. My favorite place was the back deck. Private with mature trees. I had difficulty each morning choosing which cozy seating area I would sip my coffee in. Beds were super comfy and the furnishings were very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again!
This property was spotless and artfully decorated. Its location was so convenient to Saugatuck and Holland. The only thing we feel needs to be changed is the door to the garage does not lock from the inside. otherwise it was an excellent place to stay.

Place was great only downfall was batteries in lock in front door were dead so we couldn’t lock unit when we left. Called about this first day and they never got back to us.
This was one of the best properties we have ever rented. The house is nice and clean. It is a wonderful location for our vacation purposes. All one floor in a great little location. Julie was helpful. We had problems with the TV in the bedroom that stopped working a couple of days in to our stay. Julie did give us suggestions to get it back online. The back deck and hot tub is a sweet cozy oasis. Felt like we were in a private sanctuary.
Property was a perfect location. Close enough to walk to restaurants and Lake Michigan. Hot tub was great at the end of day. Loved being the short distance to downtown Saugatuck. Property was well maintained and clean. Would definitely stay here again!
When we each walked in, we all had different reactions like “Wow” or “Love this” or “Nicer than I expected”. Lots of time to just sit and relax—back yard patio was so nice—and we were so close to everything we wanted to do: shopping, going for a boat ride, wine tasting, and eating out.

Girls trip
The house was nicer than the description posted. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The deck was very nice for us to hang out and use the hot tub. Something we didn’t know but was very convenient and awesome, the public transportation will pick you up at this place for a 6 round trip fee, just need to call and schedule. Once we found this out it made a big difference so all of us could drink with no worries.
The place was excellent! Clean, nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the large back deck and hot tub. Rode the bikes to Douglas Beach, less than a mile away. Short drive to Saugatuck and Oval beach.
A great place to stay while exploring the Saugatuck Douglas area.
The property was in a great location close to Saugatuck and Douglas. It was a short drive to Oval Beach. The house was homey & comfortable & the back deck was a nice place to hang out.

Thanks for your hospitality!
The duplex was quite comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Food in the refrigerator kept freezing despite lowering the temperature. Great location. Nice deck but hot tub had tepid water. No instructions on Many books and a wide variety on the book shelves. Great location! However, there weren't any notes on places to eat, the beaches, maps, etc. These were easy to find at local stores. When I booked the listing it stated two king-size beds in one bedroom. Since the photo did not show two beds, I emailed the host on Feb 7. Our stay began on June 16. She emailed me on June 11 to tell me that there was only one king bed and one queen bed in the duplex. Too late to get a refund and too late to book someplace with three beds. She was very kind and moved a twin bed into the master bedroom so we would have three beds. Check-in is 4 pm. I called her at 5:30 on the day of check-in to say that I had not received the door code. She was kind enough to unlock the door for our arrival but I still had to text her to ask for the code and for the internet password, which she promptly provided.Overall, this is a great place and we would stay again but the communication could be much better!
Beautiful house, nicely decorated, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, well supplied kitchen, overall a very nice stay. We did have some trouble with the TVs and hot tub. Google 6772 Wiley Road for the location
This rental worked out great for our group. Clean and comfortable, and great location, too. The only hiccup was that Google Maps took us to a house across the street, but we figured it out eventually!
The property and location were great! We were able to walk to Oval beach and to get coffee. Also in a great location to quickly drive to Holland. However the online description is not clear. There are 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has 1 bed. Also the address did not work in Google Maps. However, small things that did not ruin our trip!

I love to decorate.....and redecorate and re-redecorate. If you've stayed with us before, you can bet your last dime something will be different. :-) Being a "zero-footprint-tree-hugger" makes my decorating addiction more challenging but much more fun.
I live very nearby and am available 24/7 during your stay.
