Great location

We stayed here for a horse show at TIEC and the location was great. The cottage was clean and well equipped. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while attending the Earl Scruggs Music Festival.Everything is of the highest quality. It's very comfortable and sitting on the porch is so relaxing that we chose to miss some of the festival so we could enjoy it. This is not a stand alone cottage. It is the lower level of a larger cottage so you can hear people walking above, but it wasn't a problem. Our dog loved the yard and porch. Great location! We will try to book if we attend the festival again!

Beautiful accommodations. We had a great stay and the house had extra things in case we forgot toiletries, etc. very comfortable bed and clean. I will definitely reserve again.
