Staying at this apartment near the iconic Moulin Rouge was a fantastic experience. The apartment was wonderfully comfortable, offering all the amenities one could need for a pleasant stay. It was well-maintained giving off a cozy yet chic Parisian vibe.
One of the standout features was its location in an authentic Paris neighborhood. It allowed us to experience the city like locals, with charming streets, quaint cafes, and bustling markets just around the corner. The sense of authenticity in the area added a unique touch to our trip, making it feel less touristy and more genuine.

Not suitable for more than one person.
We were not going to say anything negative, however Gilbert has become extrememly rude and insulting upon our departure.
We left a few dishes in the sink, our towels in the bathroom and were never given check-out instructions, so we didnt take out the garbage, assuming they handle wherever that goes.
He has sent 8 separate messages to us saying how awful we were in those things, using the heater to our comfort and having a small glass break, which we apologized we must not have found a piece of it.
So here we are and here's what we experienced now that this is in the open...
There is no closet, wardrobe or drawer space for any of our things nor a place to store our suitcases. The wardrobe and closet are locked and the drawers are filled with their things. He said we had the few hooks in the hall, but we had 3 women in the rental and that was just enough for our coats.
The TV didnt work, no basic utensils or sheets for our bed and no front door code was listed on the key we took out until we contacted the son who luckily was awake.
Overall, you get bare minimum space for your things and insulted when you don't get check-out instructions.
Location is wonderful, the son was kind upon check-in, but it's not suitable for more than 2 people - if that.

This person is not telling the truth.
This apartment is perfectly equipped and is rented very regularly on this site and others, with very complimentary comments. Michelle had the phone number of the person who does the concierge and who welcomed her, for any questions.
What really happened.
We found three empty wine bottles in the garbage can.
The evening must have been very drunk.
Broken glass, not cleaned in the cupboard and on the carpet, dangerous for the person doing the cleaning.
Michelle and her cronies were drunk.
The knife sharpener was used to cut a chocolate cake! There are several sizes and functions of knives available.
Michelle and her friends were drunk.
The dishes weren't cleaned - there's obviously a sponge and washing-up liquid, contrary to what she writes.
There's a dishwasher.
Michelle and her cronies were drunk.
Michelle claims there was insufficient bedding.
We cleaned two sets of sheets. One for each bed.
Michelle and her cronies were drunk.
The radiators were set to 30 degrees for spring temperatures and left on after they left.
Her far-fetched argument, she lives in Phoenix where it's very hot all year round.
Michelle and her cronies were drunk.
All you had to do to empty the garbage cans was open the courtyard door.
The rubbish bags weren't even closed, the selective sorting wasn't done.
The bathroom trash can was full of used sanitary towels.
It was disgusting.
Michelle and her cronies were drunk.
She mentions problems with the TV, which obviously doesn't understand French and therefore doesn't respect the simple operating procedure.
Sufficient hangers for up to four people are available on a coat rack in the corridor.
In the bedroom there's a cabinet with three drawers for storing clothes.
And she writes that there's nothing to put the clothes away I don't understand.
They left before the scheduled check-out.
Why is she doing this? This is bizarre.
The actual procedure was not carried out.
When my son arrived, he bumped into someone waiting for a cab who wasn't there at check-in.
So maybe there were four people for a reservation for three.
This person accuses me of insulting him and being extremely rude, even though I've never seen her.
I just reproached her for not respecting the place.
Of course, photos were taken to back up the story.
So that's what really happened, and if I'm being rude and insulting to remind people of the rules of good manners and respect for the accommodation and especially for my son, who's in charge of the concierge service, that's not very objective and relevant, she herself is lying about the facts and acting in bad faith.
My son was shocked and he saw the apartment in this state after renting it for the first time. It's formative.
That these people are drunk is not the problem, but they don't take responsibility and do nothing to clean up their excesses.
This is childish and irresponsible behavior.
This comment is a response to hers, which is very negative towards us and will be used by other guests to accept or reject her future booking requests.
